well... the NCAA gave them the opportunity to be where they are... without the NCAA they wouldn't have the chance to sell the rings or use their standing as a student-athlete to get the benefits. So i guess thats why the NCAA feel they can step in.

like basing a trade around Bynum for Dwight? either the trade deadline before Dwight is set to become a FA, or in a sign and trade.

Monta wasn't discovered.... it was a high school knee injury that turned alot of teams off or else he could have been a 1st round pick instead of the 2nd round bargain that the Warriors turned him into. Please don't compare Monta to Reggie Williams. Reggie is good, but not Monta good.
