I think Wade's injury in the pre season might have delayed us a lot. That was the time where we needed to get our shit together for the regular season, but Wade wasn't around to practice. The start of the season was shaky, but once we figured it out things were going great. Just imagine next season, we get this whole summer of these three guys together, they already had a season together where they went through every scenario and criticism possible. Next year they won't get nearly as much media attention, because the Knicks will start their ultra super badass team, so they should really just focus on their game and putting in an actual offense.

I can't win. So I am just going to drop it all together. Good job to the Mavs, you deserved it, we played horrible. I am still very happy with the team we have and we will be back very soon, hopefully many times, not a doubt in my mind.

Yea, I expect the hate, but I am just defending my team. It sucks when my opinion doesn't matter because I am outnumbered. I mean, me, Flash, and Poe are like the only Heat fans here. I would love Oden, but he sure as hell won't take the minimum. I also don't think his luck is that bad to get injured again. Joel Anthony just angers me in every way. Sure he blocks shots, but he can't catch a pass, he can't distinguish his team from the other team when he passes the ball, he can't score an and 1 to save his life and so on. He has one function, block. He has a string of great games, but he was nowhere to be found in the Finals. We simply need a center who can get physical and rebound and a guy who can give us some points on offense. Between having a shitty PG and a shitty center, the other teams defense could relax and focus on covering Wade, Lebron and Bosh.

I don't know about teams being able to beat us. Boston, and Chicago were teams but we dealt with them. The Mavs just had the perfect package. Dirk was unstoppable, Terry woke up and Marion, Barea and Stevenson gave a couple points here and there. On the other hand, Lebron sucked, Miller, Anthony, House, Bibby were all useless and our defense just gave up on what they had been doing all season. The guys we have now can tear through any team in the East. Chicago got exposed and we will only get better. Would Dwight help? Yes, but then we give Lebron to Orlando and all of a sudden potential FA's that we can be signing will go to Orlando. We are a very dominant team in the East and right now thats the easiest path to the Finals. Then its all down to the luck of the draw. We could have killed the Thunder in the Finals, but we got unlucky and we got paired with the Mavs.

No, Riley is the only option and he doesn't want to coach the team. Last thing I want is a new coach while the team is finally figuring out how to play under Spo.

Sums up what I was trying to say in the gameday thread yesterday. Its sad when you have a network like ESPN hire guys whos job is to follow Lebron's everyday life and pick out certain quotes and moments and then torch him for it. Then fans of other teams take pride when Lebron fails. Thats not a way to live life. Rather than spend your day wishing something bad happens to Lebron and the team he is on, live your life and enjoy it. Rather than Mavs fans celebrating their win, I see them posting pics and gifs of Lebron and the Heat. You guys just won the championship and you are just happy that it was against Lebron.

Dwight is probably going West. So I would hate to give Lebron to Orlando and then we have to deal with him along with Chicago and some other up and coming teams, and maybe Boston if they are still good. If we keep Lebron, and Dwight goes West then Orlando blows and we have no competition in our own division. Plus there is no way in hell we even think of trading Lebron, its just out of the question.

Well it is true. We are all sitting here hating him, but he lives a pretty great life. Any of us would switch lives with him, his only flaw is that he has no rings and he can't go to Ohio anymore. Not too bad.

Chalmers, Bibby and Arroyo weren't PG's. They were just there to fill a role, we need an actual PG. A guy like Barea who will dictate the pace, get into the lane and create options, and a guy who can knock down an open shot. I know we can't get Barea, but thats what a PG is supposed to do. All our PG's did was walk to the half court line and pass to Wade or Lebron and then they ran to the corner and stood there.

I have no idea lol....I would like to say Wade, Dwight and Bosh would be nasty, but Wade, Lebron, Bosh is nasty as well.
