[expletive] my computer....every damn time I am doing citations for an essay, it freezes and then I have to cite everything all over again. It has done it 3 times in a row, and I saved after the 2nd time, but it still froze and didn't save the citation.

Well I used to do abs every other day....I would just breeze through 70 sit ups before I got tired. I then learned that crunches was the way to go, and I was only able to do like 12 before my abs would kill me. Right now I do abs on Monday and Thursday..I do 3 sets of crunches. I go up, then to the right, then to the left...and I do that 8 times each followed by a crunch but I just try to hold it in position for as long as I can...hurts like hell. My abs are getting stronger, but problem is, you can have the nicest abs in the world, but they won't show unless you have 10% body fat or below. For now I am just working them out and then later on when I burn fat, I hope they will look nice. I have a problem with bulking though. I have been stuck on 160 pounds for like 3 weeks now. I have been downing like 2 scoops of whey protein, chicken, meat, burgers....all that stuff. My muscles are getting bigger, especially my legs, but I kind of feel like I am stuck on 160.

My neighbors are idiots....their dog has been running away from their house for about 10 months now, and they still can't figure out how to keep the dog in the yard. The dog has made the rounds to almost every house in the neighborhood...everyone knows whos dog it is. Its like they don't even care that he runs away, he always ends up back at their house one way or another. They are in their 30's...they have two twin daughters who are like 4 years old.

Join the club!! I just got home and my surprise is that my neighbors dog dug a hole into our yard....so now I have to keep my neighbors dog and my dog away from each other because they have a never ending ass sniffing contest.

Stocks are so risky....I had to play a stock game for economics last year, and we were able to spend fake money on stalks we wanted. My group ended up making like $20 more than we started with, and we were allowed to spend like $100,000..and it was only for like 2 months.

I did that in high school a lot....but now that I am trying to gain weight, I have no choice but to eat there...and I am stuck there for breakfast/lunch time almost every day

I have $70 worth of coins just from change I get after I buy food at school.....hell yea

Its pretty obvious Wade is the most clutch on this team. He won us 3 very important game in the 06 Finals.....all came down to Wade hitting FT's and late game jumpers. He has hit countless game winning shots, where as Lebron has one against the Magic when they were bound to lose that series anyways. You can't make someone clutch. Wade is clutch because thats his game...you can't force someone to be clutch, and thats what we are doing with Lebron. Sure, its easy to think he could hit a game winning shot, but he has 0 confidence in doing so. In the last week he has had 3 chances to be the hero, and he missed all his shots. I think our best bet is to not even be in a close game in the first place.

We have Dwyane Wade, and Lebron James on the same team. They are both playing like idiots. They are both capable of taking on a team 1 v 5...but instead they try to play with each other and accomplish absolutely nothing. Wade can get to the rim when he wants, and Lebron can do it too. They are both missing that killer instinct they have, especially Wade. I don't care how good the Celtics, Spurs, Lakers, or Bulls defense is..these guys can break it on command if they want. There is no reason why Lebron can lead a team like the Cavs to big wins, and how Wade led our scrub teams the last few years, and now they can't do anything.

Hey, hopefully it pisses them off enough to win a [expletive]ing game. If we lose to the Blazers then someone needs to step up and slap everyone in the face and tell them to man up. The reason they are crying is because dip shit fans of other teams love to see them lose. When we were winning all I saw was..."Lebron and Wade are gross", "Lebron is leading the MVP race", "The Heat are a great defensive team"..now that we are losing all I see is.."Lebrick!", the stupid karma quote, and how much we suck against clutch teams. Take all these shit talkers, use them as inspiration, and go out and split the other team's ass in half and don't even give them a chance to come back. Wade needs to take the damn ball and drive it in, cross over, do something. Lebron needs to truck people and dunk...enough with the Magic Johnson garbage, take the ball and jam it. Our bench needs to get off the scrub medication and do something other than stand there and watch people and hope you get an open shot. Spo needs to stop being a softy. Tell them what they dont want to hear. People want to see you fail...if you want to avoid it, just go out there and run teams to the ground. We do it to the average teams, just need to do it to the good teams. Winning will get you nowhere because other fans just overlook it. Just go out and dominate the other team, and do it when it matters most. Stop paying attention to the media, delete your damn twitters, and play some basketball.

I hope we get all this [expletive] ass late game chokes out of the way before it really matters. I can take us losing like 10 games in a row, as long as we man up and win one damn close game to get some confidence. I didn't even catch the last 4 minutes because I saw Rose going off and I chose to go drive somewhere.

Good. Stop being a fruit and use your size to make a damn layup or some post moves. He has post moves, I have seen them. There also has to be some sort of benefit for being that tall and skinny, I would suppose he is quicker than a lot of guys. All I see him do is roam around the free throw line and shoot jumpers. Its fine if Haslem does it, but Bosh is big enough to have some sort of post game. I know he can go off, but he takes a lot of shots that aren't necessary.

I don't understand how we go brain dead all of a sudden. You can't possibly tell me SVG came up with the perfect plan to stop us in a matter of 20 minutes. He even said in the post game interview that he has no idea how they came up with so many stops. It happens way too often though. We come out on fire, we don't miss a single shot. Then midway through the 3rd we start to miss every shot, we turn the ball over, and Lebron and Wade dribble around for 20 seconds and do absolutely nothing. Seems to happen a lot to Wade. I remember last season against the Cavs he had 30 points before halftime, then came out and scored 3 points the rest of the game. I don't get why they can't just come out and do the same thing. The Magic can't adjust to us shooting lights out, we just have to screw it up somehow. We always find a way to do it. Its not Spo's fault at all....he can't control our screwing up. If it was all his fault, we would be a 500. team right now. Simply put, when things don't go our way on offense, we screw up the defense. Without the defense, we don't get any fast break points. This forces us into the shittiest half court offense I have ever seen. We then miss a shot, its a long rebound, and the other team is running down the court and spotting up for wide open threes and getting layups while we are still running around like idiots trying to figure out the offense.

I think we have blown about 5 leads of 20 points or more this season....We have Lebron, Wade, and Bosh...how we can't hold a 20 point lead is beyond me. Even if they make a run, kill some clock, make some layups, do something. We have one of the best defenses in the NBA somehow, along with two prolific scorers, and we blow a 20 point lead. We are just a stupid team.
