yeah, unfortunately it had to be done. i keep trying to think of some way to describe gagne right now, but i cant think of anything that fits. he has been a huge part of the flyers for the past decade, and he is no doubt one of the top flyers ever. he will be missed in philly, but hopefully JVR, giroux, and some others can step into his spot and take advantage but im glad that he went to tampa instead of the rangers like some reports said a couple weeks ago

i love the zherdev signing. i dont know all that much about him, but he is a young player with a ton of skill. if he can stay focused then he can easily score 20-30 goals this year. and if it it doesnt work out then he is gone after the season, no big deal but it will be sad to see gagne leave, assuming that is how all of this works out. he is no doubt one of the best players in flyers history and he will definitely be missed in philly. i hope he does well whereever he goes, but i kinda hope he doesnt do too well so that he can come back and retire as a flyer

i love the fact that the mcnabb bandwangoners are gone. they are the ones that dont know football and i am glad they are gone. i completely agree with the article above. kolb has so much talent around him and i think that he is almost a better fit in the offense then mcnabb was. he has more accuracy then mcnabb and those short passes are going to make desean and everyone else that much better the offense is so young but has so much talent. the defense is going to be more of a question mark, but i think that if they can mesh well then they will be pretty good. once again, a lot of young talent
