It wasn't the day after, it was that night. There is two sides to every argument like you can't changed what happened but they lost the Super Bowl hours before and managed to be dancing on stage like winners. To me I don't mind it but to the dude who spent $$$ on season tickets or traveled from NE to the Super Bowl, that just must be a kick in the nuts.

You can pretty much buy those games separately for about the same total at most places.

Texas actually has a large hockey following as both AHL teams have great (by AHL standards) attendance records and some talent is finally emerging out of there as well. You should go check out a game even if it is just the Texas Stars. The best way to fall in love with hockey is seeing it live and with the AHL, you get to see great hockey for cheap and also aren't in the nose bleeds.

Page taken out of the NHL All-Star Game. Always liked watching teammates battle against each other. Still might happen but liked the bragging rights factor.

Can only imagine what this trade deadline will bring. I don't mind the team as it is but you need to realize who you will sign and who you won't which questions who will be making the moves as PG is likely gone. With Markov and the other vets signed beyond next year, it worries me that we will still manage to be an 8th seed team when we either need to build or trade for a star. Gomez trade doesn't bother me as much as trading for Kaberle as moves like that are pointless with plenty of depth in the AHL which is what we are starting to see with Leblanc and others.

Jordan Williams needs to make those easy baskets when he's down low. Thought I was watching Josh Boone again.

What? It seems like another unlucky year. It's a shame if we lose Deron this summer because it would have been nice to see the lineup they created for this year play together and to judge what kind of roles players will have next year.

It's been an amazing ride when you think about it. When I first started posting on this site I was a nerdy virgin....I still am today but least I'm almost 23! On a serious note, this site help me get my career choice down which has led to me interviewing some pretty awesome people in my life.
