Man I love it. In front of the Penn Station I asked a homeless dude where the booze store was and he took me there and I asked him what I should get and he picked out two 40s of Coors....so awesome. Then I gave him money and he hugged me in front of everyone. ...but then five minutes down the street some guy said he'd murder us if we looked at him again haha. Newark is awesome!

Josh Gorges done for the year now. It's funny that we went into the season worried about having too much defensemen depth. Now it just looks like we traded Ryan WAY too early. Least we picked a year where the draft is pretty deep rather than top loaded!

When you said USA was going to beat Canada I just assumed you meant where it really mattered but yes Canada got spanked by the USA and then never recovered in Vancouver.

To be honest, the feel I'm getting is this isn't going to be one of those things people look back on too hard. The motto this year was Code Blue or something like that and even against Norway the chants of "USA" were already being spoken. We beat the USA then added a Gold and Bronze earlier in the day with the U17 and everyone still see's Sidneys golden goal at least once a week. It was a horrible loss but Canada's goaltending has been a problem for a few years now and I really don't get how Olson kept getting so much playing time either. But always love when Russians celebrate, they go nuts!

I'd love to hear the pep talk Canada got during the second intermission.

Definately did not see that one. Canada dominated the United States so let's see if they can keep it up verse Russia.

Tampa Bay has a [expletive] ton of decent goalies. Tokarski, Smith, Ced, Janus, Ellis and now Roloson....christ.
