Umm no. I (and most I know) have been for starting Roberto the whole time because it's his arena and he is younger and various other reasons. The way Brodeur played tonight, it should be Roberto with no doubt in pretty much anyones mind.

Blog #2 So this is my second blog entry today, but i felt enough happened between that time to make another, and since I'm on my reading week break, I got a lot of time to post stuff. First off, it sucks Canada lost tonight but not all too surprised. The Americans have been playing well and in a one game situation it always come down to one factor, hot Goaltending. Anyway getting away from that the Raps don't play until Wednesday at home versus Portland and Kansas plays tomorrow night at home versus Oklahoma. It should be a win considering how well the Hawks have been playing lately and how bad the Sooners are this year sans Griffin. They also lost by 15 to the Grapes at home on Saturday. I also did listen to that Chelsea Grin album, and, holy [expletive] is it bad. I barely got through it and I don't know how I did. It was the most boring album I have heard all year, and usually hardcore don't bore you this much. I have never gotten the point that type of screaming method but I'm not a fan especially in this case. I'd analyze it more, but it simply doesn't deserve it. Meleeh on the other hand is spectacular for it's genre. It isn't as good as Converge, which in turn could be a bad example but it is the best I can think of, but it has somewhat similar qualities. This band could be on a track to being the next best thing in the post-hardcore scene. The song writing is very good and seems to find a good mix in production, I'd suggest the songs To Die Alone and What I Carry With Every Heartbeat but this is a Post-Hardcore album, and I know not many like this type of music.

Blog #1 So I decided that I should start a blog because I feel I have a lot to talk about and hopefully give to the OTR family. However, my main interest in this will be music and the albums I will be listening to at the time. The first thing I should do is give you a link to my last.fm page, you can find it HERE and hopefully more of you can join it. As you can tell, P.O.S. is my favourite artist and that is probably not close. Now, as you know I am a Steelers, Flyers, Jayhawks and Raptors fan and I love my teams, more towards all teams but the Flyers though I do follow them. I will post things in here to describe them but the Raptors have their own forum, Jayhawks have their own thread and the Steelers can be posted in the NFL forum. Now about me: I am a second year Digital Studies and Communication major at Brock. It is much cooler (and Harder) than I though it'd be. I am from Niagara Falls, born and raised in the same house my entire life (20 years) and I am an only child. Now that that is out of the way, let's get back to music. I find my goal to be the listen to as much music as I can in order to get an idea of each aspect of music. I don't listen to a lot to say I've listen to more than another person, but expanding a library is ALWAYS something I want to do. I started in about May last year doing this instead of listening to similar bands over and over. Last year I listened to 218 released just in 2009. So far in 2010 I have listened to only 26 albums that somewhat range in genres but you can only do so much in mid-February.
