People really have no clue what Troy does for this defense. The schemes are all entailed for him, he's the best player. Easily the best defensive player in the league, he allows the LBs to blitz instead of drop in coverage. Troy can stop the run like a boss and cover like a boss.

Troy Polamalu is essentially the MVP of this league.

Russell Hicks went to my high school when I was in Grade 9, he went to Pepperdine and was actually coached by Paul Westphal, the current coach of the Sacramento Kings, but Russell transferred to Florida International and left last year, the year before Isiah started there.
