Will Simmons and Embiid split up like Kobe and Shaq?

Went to Coyotes/Red Wings in Glendale tonight. Had a great time. So, in the past 2 weeks, I have seen games in two of America's "worst" NHL markets (the other being Columbus) and have had great times. Would love to see the game succeed in both places.

It's March 25th and Kyle Lohse just signed a $33 million contract. That's why Scott Boras is the best around.

Can't wait!! Thanks for grabbing the tickets, sir.

Top 3 Recruit Julius Randle Commits To Kentucky
Phightins replied to Built Ford Tough's topic in General NCAA Discussion
Had a bad feeling he'd go to Texas, but I am glad with how this turned out! Next season will be fun. -
I'd say our biggest weakness is, by far, our general manager. Age wouldn't be an issue if the farm system wasn't needlessly destroyed. Not to mention an awful drafting strategy over the past 5 or 6 years that has not worked out at all, but I guess that can't be blamed totally on Amaro.

With every Halladay start, I get more worried. Fastball still hovering in the mid 80s. 9 days until Opening Day. No bueno.

The worst part of this season is going to be seeing Travis D'Arnaud in a Mets uniform at the same time as Roy Halladay's arm falls off .

I really don't think it's too dramatic. Sure they have a few pieces, but every single one is already a top 6 NHL forward. That's it. Not really anything else of value in the entire organization except for Scott Laughton and this upcoming 1st round pick. Then, consider the cap situation, and you can probably understand why I am worried. As for Couturier...he has shown signs of turning his offensive game around, but he still has a lot of work to do there. Very inconsistent, but he has not been getting a lot of ice time lately. Seems to be in Laviolette's doghouse, which is silly to me. If there are any positives to be gained from this season, his development would be at the top of the list. Defensively, he is already an absolute stud. I don't think there is such a thing as "rebuild" for the Flyers, so I don't see them conceding this season any time soon, as dumb as that seems. Ed Snider is getting old, he won't let it happen in his lifetime.

Grantland summed this mess up perfectly... http://www.grantland.com/blog/the-triangle/post/_/id/54590/nhl-misery-watch-looking-at-you-flyers-fans Yep, couldn't really put it any better myself. Except I might have mentioned that our farm system is among the worst, if not the worst, in the league.

Less than two weeks away from actual, real MLB games. Sweet. Anyway, Hanley Ramirez hurt his thumb in the WBC and needs surgery according to Rosenthal. Also, the Reds are keeping Aroldis Chapman in the bullpen...WTF.
