Look who the Eagles active cornerbacks are. Shouldn't be a surprise.
-
Biggest offseason need: a CB who can [expletive]ing tackle.
-
<3 Avant Hope Shady is OK though.
-
Tony Siragusa and Daryl Johnston need to STFU.
-
Anddd Joselio Hanson gets burned. Who saw that coming? For everyone who [expletive]es about Asante Samuel, we are seeing how valuable he is now.
-
I love Andre Johnson, but would love it if even more if he gets suspended for next week! (Texans play Eagles FYI).
-
I can't say I understand what the Marlins are doing this offseason, although I guess it depends on the money. I understand why Vazquez wanted to pitch in Miami, don't really understand why the Marlins wanted him, unless it's an incentive-laden deal.
-
Marlins and Javier Vazquez supposedly close.
-
Hey, I have attended half of the Sixers wins this season!
-
The Devils are such a joke though. The Flyers played their worst game of the season by a lot, literally trying to hand the game to the Devils, and the Devils STILL needed a fluke shootout to win. Embarrassing to play so poorly against this team.
-
Terrible. Two days, two losses to two bad teams.
-
Need a strong third period here. I know Johan Hedberg has been very good, but they can't pick up just 1 of 4 points in two games against the Flames and Devils. Just can't happen.

Iguodala Wouldn't Be Surprised By Trade
Phightins replied to The Lone Granger's topic in Philadelphia 76ers Team Forum
Everyone keep in mind....I doubt the Sixers are going to get screwed over here. If they wanted to trade him just for the sake of trading him, I think he'd be gone already. But then again, you never know with the Sixers! -
Going tonight. After being somewhat competitive against Miami last night, it would be such a Sixers move to get blown out by the Nets. I have learned to not be surprised by anything with these guys.

Iguodala Wouldn't Be Surprised By Trade

Of course he shouldn't be surprised. This team is a mess, nobody should be surprised to be moved. Him especially since he probably has the most value to a team looking for one final piece to put them over the top. -
No argument on any of that, really. The biggest issue with the offense is that it is so damn inconsistent. Surprisingly large amount of talented scorers, but they also all have pretty large holes in their game. Also, I'll be honest, I did not watch much more than half of this game. Not sure what the deal with Elton Brand was tonight, perhaps he just had a bad game, but he has been one of the only bright spots this season. Physically he has looked as good as he ever has with the Sixers. But like the rest of the team, he is rather inconsistent. Iggy is kind of infuriating sometimes. He is the number one option by default, although he is not good enough to be a true number one option.. I feel like sometimes he takes this to heart and tries to do too much. I really think he'd be awesome on a team like the Lakers or Celtics, where he doesn't feel pressured to carry to the team. As for Spencer Hawes, I have found him to be completely horrible in every phase of the game. He is just a waste of space. Epitome of a guy getting drafted high because of his size and little else. I want him off of the team. Problem is, there aren't many better options. I guess I'd rather give Marreese Speights more minutes, but he only plays defense when he wants to. And Tony Battie is definitely too old to carry the load. With Meeks, I have no clue why he hasn't played more. I've been asking the same question myself. Same deal with Craig Brackins (although I don't think he played at all tonight). This season is already lost, so give the young guys a shot.

The offense isn't that terrible. It is the defense that is horrendous. This is the best defensive effort of the season bar-none. And they will still wind up losing by 15-20, go figure, haha. All in all, a horrendous team, but they can score in spurts.
-
Hey Sixers....lets see this same effort tomorrow night against the Nets. Then I will be impressed.
-
Good god Jodie.
-
Elton Brand is not out. It was just a one game suspension.
-
National Hockey League: Making up the rulebook on the fly since 2004. Disgraceful. Hopefully the Flyers don't wind up needing that point at the end of the season. And no, to anybody who wishes to reference the non-existent "Sean Avery rule", you are wrong. This could not be farther from it.

http://www.mlbtraderumors.com/2010/11/stark-on-tigers-angels-werth-rangers.html So, Kingfish, what are your thoughts on the Angels attempting to buy a championship?
-
Ville Leino is good at hockey too.
-
The Flyers are good at hockey.

Hey everyone guess what. The Sixers SUCK! Also, I am DRUNK. Or else I might be more pissed about the Sixers being such an incompetent waste of a basketball franchise.
