  1. Even if it's not directly from him, he still told his agent to write a thank you note. His agent wouldn't just randomly do it.
  2. I've never even looked after/dogsat a big, powerful dog so it'll be a new experience but I know enough about obedience to be able to handle it.
  3. Sorry.. it was from Twitter so I guess it was taken down? Thanks fish.
  4. Malinois usually are pretty skinny, specially when they're young. And I don't want a small dog, I'm 6'3, so me walking a poodle would look weird.
  5. I would change the title of the thread to 'top 20 players from 2000' because 'of the 2000s' means 2000-present. Little confusing.
  6. http://s3.amazonaws.com/twitpic/photos/large/130762879.jpg?AWSAccessKeyId=0ZRYP5X5F6FSMBCCSE82&Expires=1279414564&Signature=jdzMdUCXg0maQH1G4ZPnnptJalc%3D Classy, never hated him for leaving, just was upset.
  7. Whoaaaaaa update... I think I've decided on the dog I want to adopt. I've given up on buying a dog simply for the fact that there are 1000s of dogs that need homes, and a breeder doesn't need my money. It's at my local humane society. Breed: Belgian Malinois Age: 1.5 year old Name: Cadance [will 100% change tho] http://hphotos-snc3.fbcdn.net/hs653.snc3/32267_390821812980_129071492980_4040915_5774885_n.jpg http://www.webprovider.ca/lchsmanage/images/candance2.jpg http://www.webprovider.ca/lchsmanage/images/candance3.jpg http://www.webprovider.ca/lchsmanage/images/cadance6.jpg http://www.webprovider.ca/lchsmanage/images/cadance2.jpg U likey?
  8. http://regretfulmorning.com/2010/07/twilight-for-guys/ Gotta watch it. Sorry if some of ya'll have seen it before.
  9. AT&T's website. EDIT: Sry it's for a 2 year plan for both. http://www.wireless.att.com/cell-phone-service/cell-phone-details/?device=BlackBerry%C2%AE+Bold+%28TM%29+9700&q_sku=sku4130251 http://www.wireless.att.com/cell-phone-service/packages/iphone-packages.jsp
  10. Bold 9700 = $200 with 3 year plan iPhone 4 16GB = $200 with 3 year plan
  11. Rafael Araujo, srsly. Kwame Brown is also really bad, but had 1 good season.
  12. I'm assuming they'll release a fixed iPhone by September earliest, most likely November in time for Christmas. In all honesty, the iPhone is probably the best smartphone available right now, with the Droid X/Incredible creeping up slowly. Blackberries are good, but you can tell when you're using them they're more business oriented. Barely any games, lack of fun apps. iPhone is for a casual phone user, that enjoys being entertained. I never got bored of my iPhone because I had so many apps to choose from. The BB has BBM [faster version of texting, but everyone uses it] and brick breaker. If I were you, I'd be choosing between the iPhone and the Droid X.
  13. I'd also like to nominate this little known player, Michael Gordan. At least I think that's his name. He was amazing.
  14. Yeah I guess that's true.. I forgot about the whole Bynum situation. I think that that whole situation put him in a bad light, but anyone in that position would have said the same thing [JKidd > Bynum at the time]. Also, it was only a short-believed theory that Kobe ran Shaq out of town, then everyone saw how Shaq was a bigger instigator of the two. Many players have demanded to be traded too, just not high profile as Kobe. He was frustrated, and I can see why. They went from a powerhouse to a lowly team in a few months.
  15. Hmm I bet he got alot of bigggg offers from Spain, I'm surprised he turned it down. Even tho he will have more success in Europe, I can't see someone like him turning down an opportunity in the NBA.
  16. I would like to nominate Rafael Araujo and Sam Bowie for this.
  17. The difference is that Kobe wasn't hated for his play and choices in the NBA. He was always an amazing player that kept his mouth shut and shut everyone else up with his performances. They hated him for his off-court issues. LeBron is hated because of the choices he's made in the NBA. LeBron is more deserving of the 'most hated' title than Kobe ever was.
  18. I vote for you, for all of your amazing posts.
  19. ^^wow Billy you're just full of great responses. Wow so far all of your posts on OTR have really benefited everyone who's read them. Bigger joke? An all-star player traded for a 5-8 ppg player. Who wins that trade? You don't know me. I've been a Raptors fan since I started liking basketball in 1999. I go to at least 5 games a season, which is alot considering I live 1.5 hours away. Ask any current Raptor fan that isn't blinded by 'hope' about their current roster moves, they'll agree with me. I try to watch nearly every Raptor game on TV so I think I know a little bit about how they play. I'm also not a 'kid'. You are a kid. What's it like to legally be able to drink and gamble? Oh wait.. The Suns took a chance on an ALL STAR player who failed to succeed on a mediocre team. He was signed to help Bosh, and to help lead the team, but the Raptors couldn't see that Bosh was just counting down the days till Miami, and still put the power in his hands. I'll take a $10M 16-20ppg player over a player who misses one shot and gives up for the rest of the season. You guys will see that Barbosa's contract is 100x worse when you see him play. And Warrick >>>> Kleiza so that's not even a topic of conversation. Kleiza is a spot up shooter who slashes when he is given a pretty much wide-open lane. I used to watch him play all the time in Denver, I liked his game, but is he worth $20M? Not even close. The Raptors are signing mediocre players to fill in for what Bosh left behind. I hope you realize that no matter how much attendance the Raptors get, no matter how much money they throw into anything, no big-named free agent will ever want to sign with them. They better hope for another '03-type draft to get a potential superstar. Just because Demar had 5-10 good games, doesn't give me any proof that he'll turn out to be a star on the Raptors. Ed Davis.. I've never heard of him before the draft so I can't comment on that.
  20. If he quit, then his teammates should have picked up the slack, it's that simple. They didn't because they relied on him to carry them.
  21. They won't be fixed for a while to be honest. Apple isn't going to recall their current sales, and they're not going to change how the phone is made. They have a simple fix with the case, which every new-smartphone owner should have already.
  22. ^Good input Billy. I will, when the Suns aren't signing horrible players to just as horrible contracts right now. We aren't banking our future on throw-aways of other teams, so I think we'll be ok. Plus we aren't in a city where no one wants to sign. And how he did in Europe means absolutely NOTHING in the NBA. Look at some past Euroleague MVPs that have tried to make the transition to the NBA.. How did that go over? There has been 1 MVP from Euroleague has made an impact in the NBA, and that was Anthony Parker. Yeah some teams get lucky and get players who have an impact, but it's more likely the players will fall back into the unknown then flee for Europe again. Bryan Colangelo went from the best GM in the NBA to making a horrible team even more laughable. The Raptors are a joke. They are going to be so bad, who cares about their core. They've had a consistent pattern of failure ever since 'the shot' that VC missed in the playoffs. They have absolutely nothing to show for. They literally are the joke of the NBA. No one wants to sign there so they overpay their current players, and give ridiculous contracts to mediocre past-NBA players who decided to move to Europe so they aren't forgotten about everywhere. Bosh's plan was genius. He'd play on a crappy team to inflate his stats so he can bolt for a team where he has a shot of even the playoffs. Don't pretend Bosh hasn't had the idea of leaving the Raptors since his rookie season. Talk to me in 15 years when the Raptors are still struggling to crack the top 10 in the East. If they're still in Toronto, that is.
  23. Mo Williams = butthurt he won't get shine ever again.
  24. I feel like it's very insightful. It represents most non-Raptor fan's views on how this team will turn out.
