1) I don't hate the Cavs, just lost alot of respect for the way everyone reacted. 2) I didn't say you ripped Big Z, so I don't know where that came from. 3) Big Z didn't talk about fee agency because Cleveland was the only place he had a chance to be a 'franchise' type player, so why would he leave? 4) They also won GOLD in China, which was more recent, meaning they matured..

Just because he spent 7 more ringless years in Cleveland, doesn't make him any more loyal. He is also chasing a ring right now, with the best team in the NBA.

Suns to acquire Hedo Turkoglu and Josh Childress
Jammin replied to Sun Tzu's topic in Phoenix Suns Team Forum
We are one of the deepest teams in the league, hopefully we'll use our bench more than we have in the past. PG - Nash / Dragic / Reynolds SG - Richardson / Hill SF - Childress / Dudley / Griffin PF - Turkoglu / Amundson / Warrick / Lawal C - Lopez / Frye Only spot we aren't very deep at is our C position, but I'm positive that we'll have a very small lineup half the time. Plus, our Summer League team is playing amazing so we may get more out of Griffin, Reynolds and Lawal than expected. We also have Clarke but I'm expecting him to get traded soon since he hasn't really shown anything yet. -
Suns to acquire Hedo Turkoglu and Josh Childress
Jammin replied to Sun Tzu's topic in Phoenix Suns Team Forum
Steve Nash makes scorers. We don't need Amar'e as much as some people think we do. Turk is very capable of putting up 18-20 ppg if he plays with passion like he did in Orlando. It's only been 1 season since he played in the Finals, he hasn't lost any of his shooting touch. Plus Warrick, Reynolds/Lawal [if signed], Frye and Childress will ALL flourish under Nash. There are very few pointguards that can help players inflate their stats like Nash can. -
Suns to acquire Hedo Turkoglu and Josh Childress

I'm more excited about this season than I was last season. We got an All Star in a trade for a 8-9th man. We can rest Nash more because Hill can be our primary ball handler, and when Nash and Hill are on the bench, Turk is a great ball handler. -

Nah the Suns and Raptors are still exchanging Barbosa and Turk. The Bobcats deal was just added to make it easier, but the Turk/Barbs trade was going through no matter what. -
Suns 46th Pick Lawal #4 On Rookie Ladder
Jammin replied to Jammin's topic in Phoenix Suns Team Forum
I don't think Scottie Reynolds is that big of a surprise. He was an All-American, he just went undrafted. I really hope the Suns offer him a contract. -
Oh how the Raptors quickly fall back down to the worst team in the league.

No I don't hate any team but the Lakers lol. I just think it looks good on the Cavs fans who were burning his jersey and saying he was a coward and stuff. He made a decision that was in the best interest for him. He already got MVP, All-stars, scoring titles, broke many records, pretty much the only thing he needed to get was a ring and he was never going to get it in Cleveland. He made the right decision to win a ring, and it's sad that his old 'die hard fans' felt like he owed them something. He did what he could with the team he had, and then he realized it was going nowhere.

Yes. They'll win at least 10, maybe 15 more games than they did last year and they'll be either 8th, possibly 7th seed. I can't wait to see how Amar'e does.

HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHA yes!!!! All those Cavs fans are like 'Big Z wouldn't do that, he's true to the Cavs.' Maybe now they'll realize that the NBA is a business.

Again, this is all speculation, but as of right now, according to sources, the Suns next two targets are either Andrei Kirilenko or David West. We're trying to get rid of J Rich's monster contract for a serviceable big man. Currently, the trade for either player will look something like this... JRich Earl Clark FOR David West Posey 2nd rd pick or Andrei Kirilenko Ronnie Price [or filler] 2nd rd pick I'd be happy with either, but I'd be more happy with David West.

http://www.nba.com/rookieladder/ He's really impressing alot of people out there. I know the Suns were really happy to get him, so I'm assuming they'll sign him to the roster for this season at least. He's looking pretty good, averaging 15ppg over 2 games so far.

MJ having 2nd thoughts about Raptors trade
Jammin replied to Nitro's topic in Charlotte Hornets Team Forum
As long as the Suns/Raps trade goes through I could care less. People on RealGM boards are saying the Turk trade is independant of the Diaw trade so I'm feeling good about it. -
Yeah it doesn't matter where it was purchased, just bring it back to Wal Mart. The store isn't losing money, because they know that copy you returned will be bought within a week.

Source: Jazz in serious talks to acquire Jefferson
Jammin replied to Newman's topic in Utah Jazz Team Forum
I think the addition of Turk and Childress will help the Suns get to at least 8th seed. Adding Jefferson will push us up to 6th seed, maybe higher. -
1) No way in hell would Paul, Melo, Deron or ANY top 15 free agents next year ever consider going to Toronto. This place is a dead-zone. The only possible way that they will ever get another big name, VC/Bosh type player is through the draft, once again. Toronto is where good players go to die, then leave and become good again. 2) If you think Barbosa will be a 'serviceable backup' or a starting guard, you're in for a horrible, horrible surprise. He is not anywhere near his 6MOTH form. He has been troubled in injuries pretty much every season since 2007. He also has the WORST confidence you'll ever see in a player. If he misses a shot, from anywhere in any situation, he'll either hang his head and be demoralized the rest of the game, or run back and commit a frustration foul. He will provide the Raptors with nothing more then 10-15 games where he's the spark. The rest of the season everyone will be wishing for Hedo's old contract back. I love the guy, but he's not anywhere near the $8M he's getting paid. 3) Happy birthday Dannie, hope it's a good one. Good article, but I had to point some things out from a Suns fan point of view.

LeBron Bobblehead Beheaded
Jammin replied to Cleveland's Finest's topic in NBA and College Basketball Media
OH NO his bobble head was smashed. I bet his $15M/year and $100M+ is really sad. -

Boobie - "Cleveland Stand Up"
Jammin replied to Cleveland's Finest's topic in Cleveland Cavaliers Team Forum
They do it because he's not ugly lol. And he WAS a good role player in 2007 yes, but when's the last time he did something that PUSHED the team to the next level? He hasn't. I watch and follow ALOT of basketball, so just because I'm not from CLE doesn't mean I don't know anything about the team. -
Boobie - "Cleveland Stand Up"

As he plays 3 minutes per game and shaves another Batman symbol in his head. I think Big Z or Mo Williams should write a letter. Someone important to the team, not a 10th man. -
Suns to acquire Hedo Turkoglu and Josh Childress
Jammin replied to Sun Tzu's topic in Phoenix Suns Team Forum
The Suns have always run a short bench so if we only have 2 players at the 2, that'll be fine. And I doubt the Al Jefferson trade is going to happen, it was purely speculation as of last night. No update on it today but I still doubt anything will happen. -
Did LeBron tip his plans when he announced the # change?
Jammin replied to a topic in Miami Heat Team Forum
He changed it because at the time, he didn't think he was changing teams. You only have to apply for a # change when you are staying with your current team. If you go to a new team you get to pick a new number. -
RUMOR: Al Jefferson for Jason Richardson?
Jammin replied to Jammin's topic in Phoenix Suns Team Forum
Why do people keep mentioning that Nash is getting old? What has he shown that makes people think he's slowing down? He had one of the best seasons of his life last year, arguably better then his 1st MVP season. Hill isn't slowing down either. Just because you're old doesn't mean you're not effective in games. -
A. Imagine looking up/down at the hottest girl ever, just completely in love with everything your doing to her? What's better?
