Why is the talent pool in college basketball so much weaker than it was ten years ago? The teams aren't as good, there aren't "dominant" teams and just the general state of of the sport is at the lowest point of my lifetime. I don't know how to explain it. Many people think the "one-and-done" players are hurting the game, but I don't give that argument much credence. I mean the game was thriving when players could go pro directly from high school. So what's the deal? Is it just a phase that college basketball is going through? Or do you guys think there's some underlying issue that needs fixing?
