2K13 mistake. Funny how OKC is the first example that comes to mind of teams having extremely detailed brands, and now they've joined the movement to go simple. They could've at least stuck with the colors associated with the team.

I fail to see any significant reason besides the market. If they were in a big city setting, it wouldn't really matter that they didn't make any major changes. The team would have no problem cooking up excitement after a pretty successful campaign in last year's playoffs. But it's hard to get recognized in Indiana when you have the team that's been formed in L.A., an improved Miami roster, and this Nets-Knicks rivalry intensifying. Also, on a local level, one has to wonder whether this is still being felt (long-term effects of the incident are explained near the end of this article, if I remember correctly).

Those are usually just notifications that the videos contain copyrighted material and will have ads next to them. I get them all the time for my personal account. Hope the OTR channel doesn't get shut down. Makes for a neat video library.

Could we recruit through the YouTube channel? It has over 900 subscribers now (even though nothing has been uploaded in a couple years). Not sure if it's possible to send a mass message to all of them, but it could score some traffic. Something along the lines of, "Thank you for your support on this channel, which has been around for more than four years. Although the video library additions went inactive a couple years ago, we have had a basketball message board up and running since 2005, and we invite you to join our community as we approach the 2012-13 season."

Loving it. Now I know where to celebrate and gloat during the Nets' 98-0 run from November to June.

I read somewhere that it's a one-year thing and that they'll go back to normal with the 2-2-1 format next year. Apparently, it's to save an off-day in between venue switches so that they only have one day off in the DS's. Not sure how true that is, being that the latest date in this season would be November 1 when we've ended later in recent years.
