Yeah, I agree Paul is the best in the league (and it's interesting to think how good he'd be if it were not for the slew of injuries while he was with the Hornets). D-Will is second, though his play last season had many people saying otherwise. It certainly seemed to be laziness more than anything. For someone with one of the league's best crossovers, he settled way too much. He has the talent around him this year, and everyone, including him, appears to be healthy, so this is his year to perform.

Joe Johnson, though his contract is not pretty, is probably #3 on this list.

No idea what the Nets thought of Armstrong, but he signed with a team in Greece soon after the workout. I suppose Curry is still in the equation, but I think the Nets are looking elsewhere. I am really, really hoping Josh Harrellson is meeting with the team soon.

Workout was yesterday. Bigger news to me was that they worked out Hilton Armstrong along with him, but that doesn't matter anymore since he's Greece-bound. I read the Nets no longer have much interest in Curry.

Shame. Hope rehab goes well for him.

In general, I love the weathered steel feature. It fits in very well with the surrounding area, unlike Gehry's design, which belonged in Las Vegas. It looks near flawless on the other side of the arena, in my opinion. There is that obvious blunder on this side. Most people think it's a result of the workers for the company behind this going on strike and stopping activity for some time, causing a difference in the degree of weathering.

Not as simple as that. Boston wanted to free themselves of Beckett's and Crawford's contracts, and L.A. wouldn't do it unless they were receiving talent in the form of Gonzalez. At least that's what I understand. Any team that wanted A-Gon would have needed to take on the other salaries or returned heavy value in some other form. Boston's main intention was to clean off the salary commitments, so they would have probably required the former.

Nah, Instagram finds. I've only been to the arena once (June of last year). This is what it was at the time. Next visit is November 1, hopefully.
