Health probably determines most of that. He doesn't have the same quickness he used to, and the hot shooting we expected hasn't been there consistently.

I really think it's because of the constant injuries. He hasn't been healthy for an extended period of time in a while, and it's really sending him downhill.

Eric Hinske signed with the Braves. Buster Olney is saying that the only way Damon will end up re-signing is if he greatly reduces his asking price and Hal Steinbrenner adds to the team's budget. Damon's running out of options. San Francisco has signed Huff and DeRosa, and Atlanta doesn't know if they want to pursue Damon. We should still look at Reed Johnson and Xavier Nady.

No KG for Boston, and Wallace is unlikely to play as well. Pierce is coming off a knee injury. Harris is expected to play despite soreness in his wrist. It will be interesting to see how we try to stop Rondo from taking over, because he's likely going to be our biggest problem.

Ah, you were the most famous 2-post member on the old OTR, the only member whose team rep was Utah. Welcome back, though. Stick around, I'm sure you'll enjoy the message board.

The Nets may take a closer look at Shawne Williams rather than releasing him right away. Dave D'Alessandro

Sacramento finally comes away with a win against an elite team after two tough losses to the Lakers and the OT loss to Cleveland.

If I don't watch a game, it's because I don't have time. I never have the game off otherwise. Yes, it is painful. But I still want to see our guys develop, and I still love watching Brook.

Dave D'Alessandro If Harris is out, Dooling would be starting, which I'd look forward to seeing. Chris Quinn could also come off the bench at a some point.

It seemed like every time he was showing positive signs, it was only for so long. What a shame. Reports came out today that this past month, he got kicked out of a club twice. The only time that his play hurt his chances was when he fouled out in 14 minutes this preseason. Other than that, his problems were all off the court.

Now looking back at other possessions late in the game... 1) Lee could've made the layup and gone for an And-1 to give us an extra point, but who knows how it would've all played out. 2) It's easier said than done because of CP3's speed, but the Nets should have been careful to not let Paul get an easy shot up after the foul in the key N.O. possession. -

How stupid are the officials? That was easily a flop by Brown. So ridiculous, maybe refs should call an offensive foul if they actually see a fend-off and not just someone falling down. -

17 assists for Paul and counting. The Nets haven't allowed a player that many assists since Mark Jackson in '97. If Harris is going to attempt lob passes to Lopez, he should make sure Lopez isn't being covered by two defenders. Devin tends to make that mistake. -

New Orleans is 11-1 in their last 12 home games. We've pulled to down by 4! Great shooting games for several players. Our bench production has been great. Dooling's knocked down 4-5 threes, and Hassell's presence has been significant. Great game for Lee as well. We're very close in the competition off the glass. We've been outrebounded in a record 23 straight games. And happy birthday to CD-R. -

Poohdini or Dacos? If there was one PS3 exclusive that could be shifted over to the 360, which title would you want it to be? What move or moves should the Grizzlies make before the deadline? If Memphis was in the Eastern Conference, they would finish what seed this year? Who has the worse front office, the Grizzlies or Raiders?

Oh, snap, a mixmaker. Brandon tried to arrange a mixmaking crew a year back or so, but it wasn't successful. You should show us some of your videos, and if we can get another mixmaker or two, maybe we can attempt another crew if you're interested. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=avvFuDqyJg8 This never came to use.

He can help keep our activity high, as he's shown in the past. He said that he'll be different, and if he keeps his promise, great. If not, then he doesn't. No big deal.
