Denver defense has really come alive. Good to see the ball coming Marshall's away in the last drive after Orton didn't throw it to him and the Broncos had to resort to a FG in the previous one.

Sean Williams fouled out in 14 minutes . CDR played very well, and he and Lopez earned trips to the stripe time and time again. Harris and Lopez worked well together from what I read. Simmons continued to fire 3's (six out of his seven FG attempts), but today he knocked down 5 of 6.

It's not a useless post. My point is, of course it's a big thing if a team with limited resources beats a team with a lot of weapons in a series. There's nothing to argue.

A team with limited money beating a rich team is a big thing. No really? Pretty obvious, don't ya think?

Yayy I finished with a B in my third game, my teammates were productive, and the 2K10 insider didn't mock me after the game .

Prior to the Nets 05-06 season, the Nets appeared to have traded for Shareef Abdur-Rahim. However, he ended up failing his physical and the trade was not executed. Discuss how the Nets would have done with a lineup of Kidd, Carter, RJ, Abdur-Rahim, and Krstic. They finished 49-33 that year with Collins at PF instead of Abdur-Rahim. The Nets lost in the second round of the playoffs to the Heat in five games. They were third seed behind Miami and Detroit that regular season. During the 06-07 season, RJ played only 55 games and Bostjan Nachbar was the Nets SF in the games he missed. The Nets finished 41-41 that year and were knocked out of the playoffs in the second round by Cleveland in six games, though RJ returned for the playoffs. The Nets were sixth seed that year. Discuss the difference if RJ was healthy for most of the year.

Indeed, it was really nice seeing the Angels do that for Adenhart and the Phils do it for Kalas.

AL East Champs. Best record in the AL, home field advantage throughout. 100 wins. 9-9 season series against Boston after starting off 0-8.

Another great pitching performance from CC, win #19. We allowed Boston 2 hits, and they only reached 3rd base once, which was in the last inning because of defensive indifference. Our offense wasn't its usual self, we were 1-14 with RISP and didn't score with bases loaded and no one out. But Damon gave us the insurance we needed and the pitching gave us 9 scoreless innings. Pettitte-Byrd tomorrow.

I really hope Lester is alright. He's gone through a lot, and he's been tough through his whole journey in the bigs. It was great to see the Yankee fans clapping for him when he got up. Great, great game. Joba made 2 mistakes, but he went 6 innings with less than 90 pitches. Excellent outing. I guess he's declared himself as Cashman wanted him to. Great game for our whole offense. Just about everyone contributed.

Depending on when you answer these questions, reflect on this weekend's Yankees-BoSox series. Who makes the WS from the NL? Who's looking stronger, Dodgers or Phillies? How far will the Rockies go? Still think Papelbon should leave this offseason? What are your thoughts on Daniel Bard? AL Manager of the Year? Do the Red Sox come back to win the AL East? Should Boston build a new stadium? Damon fan or Damon hater?

Dwyane Wade does not have another all-star on his side. James would with Harris. In addition to that, Lopez impressed more than Beasley did. They wouldn't be like the Heat.

Prokhorov gets 80% of the team, and 45% of the arena. It seems like the Nets didn't hesitate to accept the offer.

I got tix! I need a Lopez jersey, my Carter one's no good now.

We Yankee fans have been too spoiled with Rivera's pitching to be upset about the loss. This is his first blown save in over 4 months if I'm not mistaken. Molina's bat is a near automatic out. I wonder if Kevin Long's been working with him. His defense and his calling behind the plate is phenomenal, so it would be nice if he could pick up the hitting even a little.

Prokhorov wants to finance the arena in return for part ownership of the team. He's had interest in buying the team for quite a few months. As for the Brooklyn move, I think it's safe to say we're breaking ground this winter. The court appearances keep on coming, but no major changes have occurred, the Nets have just been losing money.

Attention China: Remember to tune in to all Nets-Knicks games this upcoming season. It's the new Nets-Rockets.

Posada and Jesse Carlson have been suspended 3 games each after last night's brawl. What? Carlson shouldn't have even been on that side of home plate to begin with. Shelley Duncan might be suspended also.

We're opening and closing the 2010 season against the BoSox, cool. Both series will be at Fenway, not cool, and it doesn't make much sense either. In April, we have 15 games on the road and 6 at home. 18 games against the BoSox once again.

It worked! Uploading it on YT was a bit frustrating because the uploads kept failing for some reason and the order I wanted it in kept getting ruined, but it appears to have worked. Thanks a LOT, dude.
