Amare for sure. Hes much athletic than Boozer and he has that fire where he can do a lot things in the post such as post up, spin moves or attack the basket or w/e. Boozer is more of a jump shooter to me. For defense they both are meh but i think Boozer is better than Amare on defense.

Great workout for chest & back. Did over 260 pushups the whole workout. I did 45 pullups so great workout overall

You arent playing aggressive on offense are you because if your wr/rb play aggressive they are gonna fumble/drop passes

No way Steelers are #19. I know the trouble with our qb but i know we are better than some of those teams that are ahead of us.

That sucks especially because the Steelers have to play them twice this season.

Did Plyometrics today and it was pretty sweet. I was very comfortable with it today so i can't wait until i do it again. Also when i woke up this morning my chest was so sore i felt it. Im liking product so far it really pushing me where i want to be.
