PG Starter Ratings: A All Star B Potential All Star C Good Starter D Has Potential or Should be role player F Up Grade Needed Bench Ratings: A Could be starter B 6th man material C Good role player D Prospect/or weak role player F Mob up Duty PG Derrick Fisher: Is definitely losing a step and is a liability of Defense (C-) SG Kobe Bryant: Best player in the game the pass 5 years (A+) SF Ron Artest: Used to be a defensive ace and offensive weapon needs to find his inner fighter and stop worrying about world peace© PF Pau Gasol: Top flight of PF in the league will bounce back after weak off season.(A) C Andrew Bynum: Has all the potential in the world, but must get more consistent. (B-) BENCH F Lamar Odom:6th man of the year canidate (A-) PG Steve Blake: Solid player didn't fit The Zen Masters Triangle Offense. © SF Matt Barnes: Good defensive player and gets points for hustling had an off year last season. © G Andrew Goudelock: Rookie has potential to give offensive spark off the bench. (C-) PG Darius Morris: 6"5 PG with good D, but no J. (D) F Ater Majok: Project Forward with potential. (D-) F Luke Walton: Most over rated bench player ever (D) PF Derrick Caracter: Potential to be a solid player one day (F) PF Devin Ebanks: (F) Bottom Line: Lots of trade speculation involving Lamar Odom, Ron Artest, Andrew Bynum, and Pau Gasol, but no move have been made prior to the lockout. The Lakers have their core returning intact next season with the exception of Shannon Brown who will test the FA market. The Lakers had a decent draft, picking 6”3 Combo Guard, Andrew Goudelock, who is a score first, Guard that the Lakers hope can develop into a scoring alterative off the bench. They also added Darius Morris a big 6”5 defensive minded pass happy PG and Forward Ater Majok who will try to find a way to add an infusion of youth to the Lakers rotation. With the season pending the Lakers will likely make some moves after the Lockout ends, but if they don’t they are still geared for a title run; especially with a well-rested and angry Kobe. 2012 Pre Lockout Post Season Prediction IN (Stock Neutral)

Starter Ratings:A All Star B Potential All Star C Good Starter D Need up grade should come off bench F Has potential but not ready Bench Ratings:A Could be starter B 6th man material C Good role player D Prospect/or weak role player F Mob up Duty NBDL PG Kyle Lowry:Did a solid job in his first season as an undisputed starter he is a capable defender and decent offense player, but he won't get the Rockets to the next level. (C-) SG Kevin Martin:Is the Rockets number one offensive player and he excels on that side of the floor, but his defense is becoming a liability. He is a good player but is suited to be a number 2 guy not the guy. (B) SF Chase Budinger:Is an athletic slasher on the wing, but is more suited as a high energy guy off the bench. He is not a good defender and he is an inconstant shooter. (D-) PF Louis Scola: Is a good player that does everything good but nothing great and there has been talk of the Rockets trading him to allow more playing time for young forwards. (C+) C Chuck Hayes:Chuck gives a valiant effort and was second in the voting for DPOY, but he is not a true starter at Center only 6"6. Would be better suited coming off the bench. (C-) Bench PF Pat Patterson: Had a good Rookie season and should challenge Scola for starting PF job. (B+) F/C Donatas Motiejunas:Ton of potential in D-Mo should offer some instant Offense off the bench.(B-) F Marcus Morris: Another forward to add to the logjam at the position not sure how he will do. (C-) F/G Terrence Williams:Showed flashes of being a player with Nets. The Rockets need to give him a shot.(B) PG Goran Dragic: Good offensive player over 50% from beyond the Arc, but might be worst defender in NBA © SG Courtney Lee: Could be a huge contributor if he plays like he did in Orlando.© PG Johny Flynn:Makes Rockets 3 deep at PG spot. He is quick with potential but needs to be consistent.(C-) SF Chandler Parsons: Is a project that could turn out to be a still has high IQ and does a lot of things good nothing great. (D) PF Jordan Hill: Has potential doesn't play hard bad work habits. Rockets may look to trade Hill. (D) C Hasheem Thabeet: Tall 7"3 young athletic player with no skill set.(D-) F Marqus Blakely: Nothing special here keep looking. (F) C Yao Ming: Will he ever play again? IDK! Sign him? Let him go?(A-)-(F)+(C+) Bottom Line: Rockets didn't address biggest need in draft C. So they have to wait till after new deal gets done to sign a FA C.Chuck Hayes is the only C on the roster. Lowry and K-Mart make a very capable backcourt with Courtney Lee Dragic and now Johny Flynn adding depth. The forward spots are loaded with depth. Scola is starting PF for now, but he is rumored to be trade bait so that 2nd year man Pat Patterson and Rookies Marcus Morris and Donatas DMO Motiejunas can have more minuets. Terrence Williams and Chase Budinger will fight for SF minutes with rookies Marcus Morris and Chandler Parsons. With the team they have now they have an influx at the forward spots. Motiejunas has the most upside and promise reminding some GMs of a young Dirk. D Mo can play SF PF and maybe even C making him very versatile. The Rockets still have work to do in the off season to balance out their roster. 2012 Pre Lockout Playoff Prediction OUT (Stock Neutral)

I graded Motiejunas high because I think he will be good off the bench he is a B player off the bench he would be a D or F as a Starter so he is not graded higher then Lowry. Lowry got a C witch is a solid starter which is what he is he is not an All Star PG. Again Flynn is a backup C not a starting C read the difference man. I gave T-Will the benefit of the doubt because I feel that if given the shot he could be a great player off the bench. If Chuck who is my favorite player on the Rockets! Came off the Bench he would be a C player, but despite the ample amount of heart he has he is not a starting C. I agree the Rockets will finish with a Record similar to or worst then last season hint their stock being Neutral.

Showtime16 replied to htown11's topic in Houston Rockets Team Forum
Wow I like Motiejunas even more now!LMFJAO -
I think he can be an All Star down the road good pick for the Nets
-
Yea both team pretty pathetic right now relax my brother no playoffs equals pathetic in my book!
-
Can Marshon Brooks bring an offense spark to a pathetic NBA franchise?
-
What forwards will be on the Rockets Roster at the beginning of next season? What players should the Rockets trade? What players are trade bait? Will D-Mo be a Super Star All Star Starter role player or bust? What FA should Rockets target now? Will Rockets finish below above or 500?

Ford: Motiejunas Will be Traded to Houston
Showtime16 replied to Built Ford Tough's topic in Houston Rockets Team Forum
Donatas will be able to play some 3,4, and some 5 for the Rockets when it is all said and done and I do see a poor man Dirk in him! At least I am hoping that. -

In this draft tho 23 may be better the the 10 pick its weak but relatively deep by there being only 3-4 top-teire players and then a second-teire but after that the class is unknown more then most draft classes and their will a lot of picks that people will be like damn, he turned out good so I agree Lee and both pick is way to much to move up 4 spots. -

Motiejunas I like that pick but I like Jimmer, just not for the Rockets right now -
IDK what you are disagreeing with me about I just said I wish Kerr would co host with van Gundy and you told me he couldn't like I knew that know his life saga. LOL Nice second sentence hilarious LMFJAO and I blew a gasket man I do that on occasion. I read your comment as if you were being a smart ass towards me.
-
Sorry guys for being a prick, I just said who I would like to co host with Van Gundy not who would.
-
If you want to disagree with me fine but don't be a prick and won't have to be one.
-
As I figured you are typical computer/stat nerd who has probably never participated in a significant basketball game of any kind moreover you probably gooled all of that information while your where downloading illegal pornography. I never said they would hire Kerr I just said that is who I would like to broadcast the finals because I liked him as a player and I like his as a broadcaster. I am impressed with your vast knowledge of shit that does not matter in life, but feel for you for the life that you lack since you way to much time to look up shit like broadcasters family histories. Watch your mouth because I know you wouldn't be such a dick if your were in the same room I was in big shot. You don't see me on here going around blasting peoples post, but now you have made me blast you. P.S. Don't bother peeling your self away from that life or lack there of a life to rebuttal. GFYS
