  1. hey man i see i just missed ur bday. hbd bro

  2. Couldnt have said it any better myself. I do see Rubio with the knicks however, but it looks as though it might be a 3 team deal, with Lee going somewhere else, Rubio going to NY, and a good SG/SF going to Minny. Too bad for Minny, looks like they're gonna be in trouble for a few more years at least.
  3. Jun 29, 2009 1:45 AM ESTThe Thunder have cap space, but are unlikely to pursue free agents such as Hedo Turkoglu or Ben Gordon. "We've been fortunate to create some (salary cap) flexibility," Sam Presti said. "But at the same time, we'll continue to be methodical about decisions on how we build our team. "We feel good about the position we're in. We think we have a young group of guys that work hard and like playing with each other. But it's our job to explore ways to maximize the group. That's part of the process in free agency." Players who might interest Presti are restricted free agents, young players with upside. In those cases, that player's current team has the opportunity to match the Thunder's offer. "You can sign players, but I also think there will be opportunities via trade," Presti said. "But it's not going to be prudent to let restlessness be our nemesis. We need to approach this summer with an eye toward the future as well as the present." link: My link
  4. i would take that deal in a heartbeat. Two proven starters for an 18 yr old without any expierence in the U.S. Even if he turns out to be a star, I still would be happy with two very good players in Battier and Brooks.
  5. agreed. the GS trade was the best thing they had going for them. Unfortunately, they'll probably mess this one up too. Hopefully they'll do better then the Shaq trade though.
  6. ya that al jefferson trade doesnt look that good to me.
  7. the draft thing was a bit much, but I do think that he has potential to be alot like Devin Harris. And I like the fact that he has an attitude to him, so long as he can back it up.
  8. my vote is for dwight only due to conditioning. if yao could stay healthy, i think he would deffinately be the choice. unfortunately he cant finish a year without landing on the IR
  9. i like that one drill where hes getting the alleyoops that would be a great work out for conditioning, as u can see with his last dunk hes drained
  10. at first i like the idea he had an attitude about him but when he showed up at the draft, i lost all respect for him. he sat at the hotel, heard his name earlier then anyone thought, and ran over? come on now
  11. id pick harris he draws the attention of the other teams defence, while rondo is generally allowed to do whatever because u have to worry about KG, Ray and Pierce. hes also a far better shooter
  12. PG: Harris/ Rondo SG: Allen/ Iguodala/ Lee SF: Pierce/ Young/ Chandler PF: Garnett/ Bosh/ Brand C: Lopez Marion doesnt make the cut because i dont think he'll be in the atlantic division much longer. Lee would have made it if there werent so many PFs that could also play center, thats why i only have the one center.
  13. the magic dont need a starter though, thats why i think bass is a good choice. hes a great 6th man and has alot of upside.
  14. I dont know if they should, but feel they will so it doesnt look like they gave away harris for no real reason. they might have to start rebuilding, they have 2 yrs tops to win a title.
  15. if he can be half the player Arenas is thatll be huge. and hopefully he can stay healthy too
  16. good job man. cant believe all the stuff uve done so fast to get this up and running again
  17. i didnt realize how old he was until i saw this. I dont think he will get a "lucrative" contract, but i could see a team like the spurs taking him
  18. i really like tyrus thomas, but he has to start doing more then dunking in order to be a starter in this league. if he develops a decent midrange jump shot, he has the physical ability to be a very good player
  19. i think the clippers will be decent next season, not cuz of griffin, but because they greatly underachieved last season. they have no choice but to improve. T-Wolves and raptors look to be in the biggest hole, and Suns are far too worried about money to put forth a good team.
