Good post. Its difficult to predict how well we do this season when there are so many factors. Brooks' and Ariza's development, how much will the Clippers/Wolves/Thunder/Grizzlies improve, things in that nature. We have the potential to go as high as the 8th seed or finish in the bottom two of the West. I have us finishing 11th behind the Suns, Clippers and Warriors (Anthony Randolph will beast this year).

Experts: Magic Aren't Team To Beat In East

I can understand Boston but Cleveland? -
Who will be the best players from the 09 draft class?
Dash replied to Dash's topic in NBA Draft History
Hmm...I think I'm going to move Rubio up a slot or two. -
Title says it all. I'm playing a couple right now. Valkyrie Profile 2 - first playthrough, tedious at times and I'll play it every once in a while. Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn - 5th playthrough, hard mode and usually play it once a week Halo 3 - Don't play story mode but I'll play online for maybe an hour every few days NBA 2k9 - Third season in franchise mode with Bucks. NBA Finals, currently down 0-2 against *gasp* Houston. I play it about every other day.

Make the playoffs? 30 wins? Bottom five?

Szczerbiak Could Be An Option For Nuggets
Dash replied to The Goods's topic in Denver Nuggets Team Forum
The Nuggets haven't any improvements this offseason with the exception of acquiring Lawson, but with Karl's infatuation with Carter, doesn't look like he will get many minutes. Denver HAS to make some sort of move if they want to get back to the Conference Finals. -
1. Blake Griffin - the obvious choice 2. Tyreke Evans - he is going to be a monster, might be turnover prone but he can do it all. 3. Jordan Hill - I'm really high on him...great rebounder, can knock down the 10-15 foot jump shot, amazing wingspan. Dude is talented, Knicks should thank the Warriors for taking Stephen Curry ahead of him. 4. James Harden - Fantastic on the offensive end, good basketball IQ, and efficient. He will be a great sidekick to Durant. 5. Ricky Rubio - I think everyone has hard enough of Rubio but in way do I feel he will be a bust.

I really want to say Beasley but Westbrook is tough to pass on especially considering he fills a need. Then again the 2009 draft had plenty of quality point guards (Evans, Flynn, Rubio).

I like them but I wouldn't call myself a fan.

Saint Seiya (Knights of the Zodiac)
Dash replied to Multi-Billionaire's topic in Movies and Television Forum
The show sounds good but I don't think I can bring myself to watch something that old. The only Anime (besides DBZ) I ever did watch were Full Metal Alchemist, Bleach, and Code Geass. Good posts though, I might keep my eye on this. -
Who would you want guarding Kobe for the last shot?
Dash replied to magicbalala245's topic in General NBA Discussion
Shane, not even a question. -
I read sports books and the novels they make us read in school mainly, but sometimes I do read. I'll usually read half of a book though, I rarely ever finish a book.
-
I like Marvin getting the starting spot and Crawford being instant offense off the bench.
-
Aaron Brooks? Wow.
-
I never heard of this but I have a pretty good idea of what its about. Sick [expletive]ers, die slow.
-
Granted he already looks like a bust but last season I felt he could have been developed to a nice role player. He had the right tools (long arms, defensive ability and athleticism) but unfortunately was hit with a season ending injury before we could have seen more of him. Do you think he can come back this season and develop into a solid player or will he never amount to anything?
-
I microwave it too, much better imo.

Link Nice pickup for the Clippers, don't like the salary dump move by New Orleans though. Butler is a pretty decent player on a good contract.
-
Link Looks exactly like the contract structure of Joey Dorsey and Jermaine Taylor. Nice going Morey.

Now? Marbury, Francis' injury appears to have been career ending. I wouldn't call Steve a scrub at all, injuries just ruined his career and he lacked any motivation during his New York days.

Kleiza agrees 12.1 million with Greece
Dash replied to magicbalala245's topic in Denver Nuggets Team Forum
Anyone remember the Artest to Denver rumors a few years back? Nuggets could have had Ron but were too reluctant to trade Kleiza because he had 'potential'. Kleiza is a good player but he can be easily replaced though.
