I don't get it, Fields was a top 4-5 rookie last season but now he doesn't even belong on an NBA roster? Jeez what made him drop off so much?

This community grew up together for about 6-7 years, by now most of the core members are in college and aren't able to post as much. The quality is still top notch though, which is what I mostly care about.

So we're now 9-7, tied with the Grizzlies for the 7th seed, own the NBA's best winning streak, and we're only 0.5 games back of the division lead. Could the Rockets actually be at the top of the division in the next couple of days with Ginobili, Dirk and Zach Randolph all out?

We're only a quarter way through the regular season but it seems like the Thunder will likely finish with the best record in the West barring any major injuries. The Eastern Conference Finals showdown is all but set between the Chicago Bulls and Miami Heat (although teams like Philadelphia and Indiana will give them some fits in the earlier rounds), but the West is still a mystery with the difference between the 2nd seed right now and the 8th being only two games. What team do you think is just behind (or possibly better) the Oklahoma City Thunder in the West?

After trading all that much just to get him, they might as well keep him and attempt to convince Dwight to sign with them. Trading him at the deadline would be accepting defeat.

This is what I think should be most intriguing to free agents/stars, you don't just have a city behind you but an entire country.

Not happening but honestly I never understood why Toronto has never been a desirable destination.

How is it even close to being in denial? Deron Williams staying with the Nets beyond the trade deadline is very plausible.

And suddenly the Wolves are 7-8 and are 1.5 games back of a playoff spot. Ball movement has been so much better with Beasley out.

GREAT execution by the Timberwolves and GREAT decision by Rick Adelman to not call the timeout and push the ball. Ricky Rubio's first field goal tonight could be the biggest of the game.
