Good pick up, it would be nice to get a another forward but we are getting greedy now. BC has done alot from the end of the last season. Jack will be a solid back up and we can still feel find if that hamstring borthers Calderon now. When he went down last year, I had no faith in Will or Ukic, and they did not make me feel any better. This move always help keeps Bosh happen, as both did play for GT (I don't remember if it was at the same time tho).

Andrea started to show promise the day before New Years against the Warriors. Thats when he started to get conforable, and score. Before italways looked like he held back, and wouldn`t attack. But with Jay putting alot of trust into him, he was able to play his game.O`Neal`s injury and trade was a blessing for Andrea because he finally got the playing time and the ball. I think he average about 18 ppg in 09.

Also beat you. haha, and yeah this deal isn't that bad.

Of course everyone here is going to say Wade. But no one really thought Wade was going to be that great, and Bosh was the perfect fit.Carter was starting to show signs of wanting out,so the Raptors started to do things to make him happy. The raptors really needed up in the front count, and Bosh was and is the answer. He gets better every year. It would be nice to have Wade, but he wasn't the need of the Raptors at the time. Also, same thing goes for Darko. The Pistons were already amazing, and they wanted to take the best project because they were not ready to give a rookie majority of playing time, that was they skipped Melo. If Darko ever had the effort to put in work, he could be better then Bosh, but he never did, and make the Pistons look bad.

Pedroia is a great player and all, but I thought Hill should of taken his spot as a starter. Even Hill isn't even as close asknow as Pedroia, Hill leads or is in the top all 2B(I think in the AL) in most batting stats. And is like only 2nd to Ichrio in total bases.

Why would I be a jealous raptor fan? And Turk game has a small forward game. Orlando didn't really have a PF in their system. Howard would be in the middle, and he would have the four shooters. Ifwe had to define a power forward on the starting lineup,it would Lewis. Also Carter's main position is small forward. Like I understand why Medo would leave, just like Ariza, but don't make Toronto look like its the fault. Blame his wife, haha. As a raptor fan, I don't like this move, cause he isn't worth the 10+ mill. I rather have the cheaper Marion, and also resign Delfino, and still have money to sign some depth. This article is just a bitter fan who didn't want him to leave. Really tho, you think hedo was gonna come back when Orlando picked up Carter. You think Hedo was going to take a back seat to Carter after he help lead the Magic to the Finals, no. But really tho, you went from praising Hedo, saying this and that. Even tho Im not a fan of this signing. This is a huge move for Toronto. He was consider of the top free agents this offseason, and the raptors actually got him. The biggest free agent in recent years, was Kapono, and look how well that turned out. The only postitive thing I see is, we can actually sign a big name free agent. I hope BC makes a few trades soon. We started the offseason so well too. Hedo don;t let us down/

BFT, I got what you mean. The bench is really weak, but the starting lineup is much better fromlast year. We lost alotod depth. Im still not a fan of this signing, because I heard we now our to reounce our rights for Marion,Delfino, Parker, and Graham. I was really happy when I heard the raptors were gonna sign Marion back, and then also re-sign Delfino AND then sign Kleiza (sp?). That would fill in our SF need, and give us much pop off the bench. Now, the raptors have to look at signing at the min-level type of player. There is alot another upside, the Raptors did FINALLY get a big name free agent.

Putting Nuggets over the Lakers AND Spurs is just crazy. Saving Billups is good and all, but Ty is not gonna be the big hero. Hes still a roookie who will make big rookie mistakes, and at best will be a role player. Even if Artest does not do well in LA, the Lakers will still be great. Mind you that Ariza was only a roleplayer, Artest will still give them above a role player play. Artest also gives them must needed toughest that only Kobe had on the team (Pau actually showed a little). Artest will hustle just asmuch or even more then Ariza. I wish Artest thing would fail too, but it won't because thats how good theLakers are. With Andrew learning alot and maybe finally having a injury free year, they are gonna be even more scarier. With the Spurs, all they did was get better.Manu is going to be healthy, Parker and Duncan are gonna have someone to share the ball with in RJ.Mason will hopefully finally go back to his role that fits him best. For me, its the Lakers and Spurs.And it really doesnt matter after to me. The Blazers will be better but not because of Hedo, because of the experience they have gained last year. Nuggets will be the same, i don't see them having a loud offseason, they could fall to 6th.
