Damn now we officially have no marquee player. Yao was a true professional, he gave it his all but injuries kept slowing him down. Sad to see go, hope he stays around the organization. It sucks, when this guy was healthy he was arguably the best center in the NBA.

I think the Celtics give it one more run with the current core. They need to get younger, luckily the Clippers are giving out 1st round draft picks like there free cookies. The Celtics will have a lottery pick in a very good draft class. They are likely to get a guy with a ton of potential. -

I'd be very upset if he doesn't return when the NBA season begins. If he does come back it would be a terrific move.
