  1. Cavs. The Spurs did actually lose depth from their big men. The Cavs have absolutely no major effect from the loss of Sasha and Ben. They have 6 bigs and Kinsey is just as good as Sasha
  2. lol...Cavs fans hate him he wouldn't be coming here to begin with. Getting Okur and Boozer just kept this team afloat i the playoff race. I really want to see this team healthy because they are right up their with LA, Denver, Portland, and San Antonio then.
  3. The Cavs and Wizards trade should be better than the grades of the Suns and the T-Wolves. The Cavs lost two players who would barely play and gained a 3rd team all-nba player. Does that sound like a C? The T-Wolves got more scrubs and the Wizards shouldn't get a C.
  4. Actually I'm beginning to want Charlie on our team. He'd be like a younger version of Z as he can shoot mid-range and from the 3 and would be the great equalizer to Shaq. Also, he and Mo are good buddies. Best case scenario is Danny Green plays in the rotation, we sign Charlie and re-sign Joe Smith and sign a cheap backup shooting guard such as Desmond Mason. I underestimated Charlie and overrated Verajao. I think Verajao is more of a financial guy and cares more about that than staying here also. It's be too fantasy-like if we resigned him to so I'm t thinking realistically.
  5. How is Shaq for nothing a C for us. We traded nothing and got a 3rd team-all nba player in return. Ben Wallace started for us and he never clogged the lanes for LeBron. Shaq is no matter what, an improvement when we match up with Dwight. Also, LeBron does have a pull up game if you watched him last season.

  7. Sort of surprising. I thought they'd keep him after he had such a great season. Knowing how good he was in the playoffs with Dallas, I'd keep him to try and make a playoff run at the 6-8 seed with Granger entering his prime, Dunleavey no longer injured, and Hibbert excelling.
  8. Which player would you rather have on your team now? This is to sort of breakdown if you guys think Orlando made the right move. I'd say Hedo. Knowing how valuable a forward is who can be the ball handler in clutch moments, I'd rather have him. He has many good skills offensively and is entering the prime of his career. He's also taller than Vince. Vince is entering the later years in his career. Imo while we may have more years left, Hedo offers a lot more on both sides of the court.
  9. First picture released.....Wow....amazing..... http://media.operationsports.com/shots/1246321071-media.jpg
  10. Brand will be injured next year again probably. Miami already traded Jason Kapono a few years ago. They should not trade away their best 3 shooter again. I don't see how JO and Cook for Brand is even close to being equal. That'd be a steal for Philly.
  11. Nope. I grew up a fan of Ohio sports and that's all I know. I don't follow players but I have favorites on my home team.
  12. I really think resigning Verajao and Joe Smith is just as good as doing any of this. Where we really should be spending time finding FA's are young athletic guard/forwards like Parker, Outlaw, and Barnes.
  13. I always hated this guy. Pavlovic was good and is still young, but he's a liability for us. Sure he can make the 3 but he turns the ball over a lot and can hog the ball.
  14. He's a bum, gets in trouble, shoots too many long-range shots and is very unpredictable in that he can hold the ball too long.
  15. With a healthy Matt Lighty, OSU is gonna have a much better year. Evan Turner is one of the best players in the league and this season should be his final and his best.
  16. Between Y2J and HBK. Y2J I like more entertainment and wrestling wise. But HBK has those epic moments. It's a tie between the two definately.
  17. Why would Hedo want to play for one of the worst teams in the league in the prime of his career when he almost just won it all. Now's the time to get to a contender and get the money. I think the Suns will try and get him if they want to keep Amare.
  18. ^lol He would be the perfect fit for our team if we can't get Stackhouse or Barnes. He reminds me of a more consistent and knowledgeable version of Sasha Pavlovic. We would need his size definately. He would allow us to not always have two little guards as we did last year alot because Sasha was in the doghouse
  19. I'm just saying the Magic/Cavs series was that close and we didn't get blown out. That's why Shaq will do better with us. We aren't as fast as the Suns Meanwhile with a fast game play under the Suns...Shaq was 3rd team ll-NBA, so imagine what he can do with a more controlled, slow paced offense which can capitalize on his strengths of getting set in the paint.
  20. I dunno if I showed anyone these. I made the CP3 one about 2 years ago for a IF forum I made and thought if I touched them up an recolored them for each team it might be a cool idea for OTR's new banners if everyone liked them.
  21. Well we thought they were gonna be 4 or 5 seed last year also. I think Foye should be SG. The Wizards need Miller as a 6th man to come out shooting 3's and playing in clutch moments. If Miller starts, then the more inexperienced Foye will be the 6th man probably which wouldn't be as effective. Gilbert will be shooting more if Miller isn't there to start, which is what Gil is good at.
