I appreciate your boldness in giving the Titans 10 wins. They aren't as bad as most think, but I think the Colts will finish 2nd if not 1st. People are overblowing this too much. I think they can still win 8-9 games. Houston is way too unreliable to expect anything from, same can be said for Jacksonville. This division went from being arguably the best a few years ago to below average. The AFC West is a crap shoot. I don't buy into this idea that San Diego will finally start the season well. They have the most talent, but I don't trust the head coach. Denver is not a 2-win team. They are more around the .500 mark. I don't think the Bucs are gonna be as good as last year. 9 wins at most.

Since returning to the NFL over 10 years ago, the Browns have not won ONE season opener. This is a golden opportunity to finally start a season 1-0. I'm not gonna underestimate the Bengals. ESPN ranked them last in its pre-season power rankings, but I think Dalton will have a good rookie year, and their offense isn't that bad. But we have to win this game.

The gameplay looked good in the demo, but I also don't like how the offline franchise mode looks, and since I already payed 60 bucks for NCAAF, I was only going to get this Madden if it was really epic. I'll still have to get this game specifically sometime in the future just bc Hillis is on the cover.

After reading the reviews I don't think I'm going to get it. The audio in this game is getting bad reviews; I'll just wait for the patch for NCAA 12.

Well, it looks like Jim Thome is coming back to Cleveland. It's been almost ten years...I was a little kid when he played for us and always watched the Indians...to think ten years later he's back...really amazing. He pulled a Carlos Boozer, he promised he would stay, then left for more money. BUT he never won a title. So this time, let's see if playing the loyalty card will help him. I really hope the Indians make this next month fun, regardless of actually making the playoffs. Just make it a race.

I have no clue how the Buckeyes will play...I just see them losing one road game and one home game for some reason. As long as they beat either Wisconsin or Nebraska, and beat Michigan, I'll be fine with those as the main big wins this year.

Lol I was at the Indians game while it happened and apparently the press box was shaking...I didn't notice anything though.

He has so many records in Cleveland, and was a class act his whole time here. He fought through injuries, even missing a full season, and returned to be an all-star caliber center for 5-6 years. I think he's played most games as a Cav...I know for sure he holds rebounding/blocks records.

Is it possible we can expand other sport forums? I think that could keep members from leaving for a bit and we could get new members also. Just suggesting b/c I'd like to see this place as active as before regardless is there's a season.

Now that the Indians got swept by the Tigers, going from 1.5 to 4.5 games out of first, it seems like the fan base is over this team. And I can understand because Ubaldo is 1-3 in his 4 starts, yet we've scored 5 or more runs in all of those starts. Also, Jason Kipnis, though he's a rookie who's played less than 20 games, had a huge impact on the offense and has some star quality about him. Now he's injured, and could be out the rest of the year. I believe there is still a chance given these three things: 1: We have an 11 game home stand starting tomorrow against teams all under .500...2: We have 6 games remaining against Detroit...and 3: The Giants were 5 games out at this point last year, and they won it all. It'd be a shame if they didn't win the division, because it wouldn't serve justice to the way the year began with our 30-15 start. Go Tribe!

What's the point of last season if LeBron is still 1st? Is this best potential, or best player? Sure, he's top 5, but you can't tell me that the number one NBA player is a guy who pretty much disappeared in the most important games in his career. And Brandon Roy at 100? Yet Varejao is 68? Lol...did they just forget what Roy did in a PLAYOFF game against the NBA CHAMPS? And why is Dwight #2? Again, forgetting what happened last season...failing in the playoffs against a team you blew out the year before? My top 5: 1. DWade 2. Dirk 3. Kobe 4. Lbj 5. Durant 6. Dwight (close w/Durant) And how is Deron Williams ahead of Durant? Durant has had greater playoff success than Deron in a much shorter span imo. And CP3 is also too highly rated in this. He was good in three playoff games...and I'm not seeing that star performance on a night in night out basis. Another one is Tayshaun Prince over Marion? Marion did a great defensive job in the playoffs, and Prince quit on his team...uh...no brainer.

I think if they have good character and you put enough incentive in their contract for them to do as good if not better, then it'll work out. I wouldn't get someone who played down for a few years and just had one good year. I want a competitor, not someone looking to make a quick cash in. For the Cavs, Andy Varejao got a new contract a few years ago, and he's played harder than ever and improved his offense game over that time. So he's a good example of a player you would want to resign regardless of it being a contract year.

Eh...I think Josh Smith is up there too. Both are still young yet have been in the league for awhile. Even JR Smith is in the same category. It'll be very interesting to see how the Lakers handle him and if they decide to trade him now and get a star or stick with him. Last season they chose to stick with him instead of getting Carmelo, so it looks like they are loyal to him right now.

Players and Owners will still be millionaires...yet thousands of people who worked for the NBA teams now won't have jobs...and who's left with no gain? The fans. I feel no sympathy for any player or owner, and I really don't need information on the lockout, hint hint ESPN. We don't care about the arguments, because all we care about is the sport. Only upside....one more year that Queen James ain't champ.
