Can we please draft OSU's David Lighty????? Cleveland is his hometown...fans would love this.

I guess JR Smith isn't coming back now if they have Nolan Smith. Miller will be good to help mentor Ty Lawson. Portland will be AWESOME next year. Faried will be a beast and gives them more protection if a big gets injured. Felton adds much needed speed to the offense. And how good will Dallas' bench be next year potentially? Rudy/Jet/JJ/Haywood....Roddy too?

Tristain Thompson to Cavs at 4?
Cleveland's Finest replied to Built Ford Tough's topic in Cleveland Cavaliers Team Forum
All I'm hearing is that JJ is gone now. We need scoring...and Thompson is more of a defensive player now so I don't see why we didn't just trade this pick for more picks in the 1st. And what about the freaking trade exception! -
Of course the Cleveland St. Norris Cole ends up in Miami.... anyone else see Hutch on TV?

Andre Miller - Jameer Nelson swap?
Cleveland's Finest replied to Dash's topic in Orlando Magic Team Forum
It's a good move...then you could play with Miller and Arenas on the floor too. Orlando should draft a big man with that pick. Good move for Portland too...makes them younger. -
Z to return to Heat
Cleveland's Finest replied to Cleveland's Finest's topic in Miami Heat Team Forum
And they lost in the finals...partly because Tyson Chandler outplayed Anthony and the other Heat centers... -
Z to return to Heat
Cleveland's Finest replied to Cleveland's Finest's topic in Miami Heat Team Forum
He started over half the games last year AND started in some playoff games....if he's a scrub, then that's pretty decent. -
That's freaking awesome dude... Enjoy it, take pictures for us, and make sure to represent Cleveland, Akron, and all of Ohio!

Z to return to Heat
Cleveland's Finest replied to Cleveland's Finest's topic in Miami Heat Team Forum
Still though, no matter how old he is now, he can still hit that jumper...why not have 5 mid-range shooters on the floor w/Haslem, James, Wade, and Chalmers? He's not a streaky shooter, we saw him knock down threes as a Cav last year. Dallas did it with Dirk at center. I'm not saying he should've been starting, but isn't it something you should at least have tried? -
http://twitter.com/#!/search/pdcavsinsider Very interesting...gotta admire that will to keep playing to get that ring. In a dream scenario (for me), the Cavs trade for him and he can end his storied career in a Cavs uniform. Another thing...people REALLY underrated his value last year. He never played in the finals, and I don't get why. He could take Chandler and Haywood out of the paint with his jumper...would've given the Heat a different look.

I started getting into forums, mainly wrestling ones, when I was 12. I joined OTR when I was 15-16. Now I'm 18 and starting college next year, but I'll still be active, especially when NBA season starts...

Lamar Odom for Minnesota's #2?
Cleveland's Finest replied to Real Deal's topic in Los Angeles Lakers Team Forum
Yeah I don't get how Odom is equivalent to a number 2 pick.... -
Cavs looking to take Williams #1? Irving to Wolves?
Cleveland's Finest replied to AboveLegit's topic in NBA Draft History
I don't care who we pick anymore....there's no player that we can't miss on like previous drafts. Williams, Irving, Kanter, Jonas, Knight...I don't care as long as we improve the team. But, if we could somehow get Williams and Irving, that'd be sweet. -
Bulls Looking to Deal Carlos Boozer?
Cleveland's Finest replied to The Lone Granger's topic in Chicago Bulls Team Forum
They need to trade either Boozer or Gibson for a SG. Both are starting PF's and as we saw in the playoffs, the minute distribution was tough between the two. -
Eddy Curry

Still doesn't mean he's a leader. He can set an example on the court, but he needs to be the captain of that team. He needs to get in their faces during games, not say comments during the offseason about wanting players who win. Heck, I'll go as far as to say LeBron did a better job as captain for the Cavs then Dwight. LeBron always credited his teammates and instilled the mind set that it's championship or bust. If they get a guy like Parker, I think they could bring J-Rich off the bench as the 6th man imo. Then they wouldn't need to trade for a guy like Smith.

If the Magic want to win a title THIS year, the first move they have to make is starting Ryan Anderson and having Brandon Bass come off the bench. Anderson is too effective playing off Howard to be playing so few minutes. He can score 16-17 a game if he's given 30 minutes. To show his impact, in the 2 games in which he played over 25 minutes in the Magic/Hawks series, the Magic won both of those games. After that lineup switch, they should consider trading Hedo or Arenas for a legit shooting guard. If they can't maybe they can sign Anthony Parker to a MLE. If they can lose a big contract, maybe they could sign JR Smith. Finally, they need to sign a back up center. And if Dwight himself can become more aggressive and become a leader of his team, that in itself should be able to take the Magic past the 1st round every year, and possibly the 2nd round.

Finals GM6: Dallas at Miami (DAL 3-2)
Cleveland's Finest replied to Real Deal's topic in Miami Heat Team Forum
Lost in all of this...Ilgauskas never even played a minute in the finals and his career is over. He was my favorite player in Cleveland and I always had hope he would win a title in Cleveland. Sad, sad ending to his career and he doesn't deserve to go out like this in Miami. Hopefully we'll see him soon on the Cavs staff. -
Finals GM6: Dallas at Miami (DAL 3-2)
Cleveland's Finest replied to Real Deal's topic in Miami Heat Team Forum
Because he can't back it up....he didn't respond to Terry or Stevenson... but I don't understand him mocking Dirk... -
