  1. I see how a Cleveland fan can take solace in dissing the Heat, but why does a Raptor fan diss Cleveland? Aren't you a Raptor fan? Therefore anti-Heat, anti-LeBron?
  2. Who are you to tell me when to forget something? You will never know the circumstances, so you'll never be able to understand why I'll never forgive nor forget. Only way I forgive him is if he never wins a ring while in Miami, apologizes to Cleveland (still hasn't), and resigns with the Cavs.
  3. LBJ & Wade no FG in fourth quarter? That shows how little "leadership" there is. And I heavily underrated the Magic. Haven't followed them much this season, and they just struggled to get used to the trade at first. Hedo and Gilbert have been on and off, but Dwight has really matured and Nelson is picking his game up. Anderson and Redick are so active and Q had a great fourth quarter. No longer will I underestimate the Magic! 12-16 against winning teams? Really Bron?
  4. Last time he was refocused the Cavs won by 25+ at the Boston Garden...but then he followed up with three straight losses, a playoff elimination, and the biggest home blowout ever....so he probably won't exactly keep himself refocused every game after this declaration.
  5. Ladies and gentlemen, your starting power forward, Samardo Samuels!
  6. The Magic are a mess, and watching this is reaffirming my opinion that the Knicks are for real and a lot better than some of these East teams.
  7. Hedo thrown out...this team has no mental toughness...Dwight gets technicals every game, and now this.
  8. Chicago...the loss of Perkins dropped Boston's credibility. A team that I'd be afraid of is the Knicks....they just came together and proved they aren't all hype. Teams haven't seen enough of them and might not be prepared for what's about to hit them. I think any team can make the ECF, but the only teams I see getting out are Boston or Chicago. Hopefully we'll see another epic 7 game series between the two.
  9. I really don't know his situations or Baron's or Luke's....assumed they were healthy. I really don't want to see Ryan Hollins starting at center. I guess JJ could if we really needed one.
  10. Well maybe Scott will start Hickson at PF now and have Erden at C. Samuels is not good enough to start yet. This would be my rotation to end the season: Davis/Gibson Sessions/Harris Eyenga/Parker/Gee Hickson/Samuels Erden/Hollins/Harangody Parker will still play big minutes, but we need some veterans playing with the youngsters off the bench. I really hope we can still win some games....because Jamison and Hickson worked very well together. All I ask for is a win March 29th.
  11. Well, you never want to see someone get hurt, but at least all the rookies will get more playing time. Damn, no Verajao, Jamison, West, or Mo....Baron Davis is on this team...crazy shit.
  12. You say you could've win "if a few things" went your way....but this has been a trend all year. The Heat have lost so many close games, and that's not a good sign. Maybe they can turn it around and win close games, but the season's over half way done, and they are still struggling to win close games and big games. I guess I agree with the rest that you said. Both teams still have a lot of time to adjust.
  13. That Cavs loss was a trap game. If there was a playoff series, I feel the Knicks could defeat the Heat in a series. The Knicks bench was much more productive. Shawne Williams and Bill Walker made big shots. Anthony Carter had a nice steal. On the other hand, Miami's bench was sloppy and the only role most of them have is to shoot threes. Also, Miami's use of its stars is puzzling to say the least. I haven't seen every Heat game, but to my knowledge Wade has not one GW attempt this year. Someone needs to get on these stars too, because they aren't playing focused the whole game, and I'd be upset if I were a Heat fan to see that. And finally, I believe the Knicks' star power is more complimentary. Chauncey took over that game. Amare blocked LeBron. Melo was guarding LBJ with a lot of pressure and physicality. So I think New York has a better bench and intangibles. As clutch as Wade is, you know what Chauncey will bring. And we know Melo is very clutch...that Denver/Cleveland game that went to OT last year was insane when he made all those shots at the end. Now, if Haslem played, maybe it'd be different. 'd have them on the same level about.
  14. Tell me how the Heat are better than them?
  15. Is it really that hard to restrain yourself from hugging the opposing team's players? You think Alonzo Mourning likes seeing that, after going through all the physicality with the Knicks. You think Alonzo looks at that and thinks it's a cold-blooded rivalry?
  16. Good teams are 14-15 against winning teams....good's not gonna cut it if you wanna be elite and win a title. not one, not two, not three. And the Knicks just beat you and were more clutch on your own court, how are they not better?
  17. What rivalry? They were hugging and kissing before the game.
  18. Will Wade ever shoot the final shot? You know, the only clutch guy on the team? I love how the announcers refer to LeBron at the end...."Dwayne has so many game-winners, LeBron had the one against Orlando, and you got Mike Miller and Eddie House at the corners."
  19. This aint basketball....just players shooting threes while the stars save energy for the fourt quarter....
  20. Billups hit a few threes, Bill Walker hit a three at the buzzer to give them the lead. The Heat had stupid turnovers.
  21. If Duke can win at home against Clemson and at UNC to finish the season, and some of my picks lose, then I'd give them the nod. But as of now, their road wins aren't that special. Every big road game they've had has been a loss.
  22. At the same time, maybe the Heat let them back in this game...since all the stars want to put on a show they'll probably play like it's the All-star game and take it seriously the final few minutes....just to show off how much control they have. On a side note, Spike Lee's so pathetic...
