That fourth quarter was terrible for New York. Houston has so much grit. Lowry seemed to hurt them but Scola, Martin, and Battier are winners. This team is going to get better as the season continues. I wonder what New York will do; they have to make some moves. I wonder if Amare regrets leaving Phoenix yet.

Huge win for Seattle. They either win by a lot or lose by a lot. Arizona is headed for the worse. 2 tough home losses in a row. Still, any team, including the 49ers, can win this division.

Is Colt McCoy a Future Star QB?
Cleveland's Finest replied to The Lone Granger's topic in AFC Conference Discussion
He played four teams that are vying for a super bowl. He beat two of them, took another to overtime which included a game tying drive to end the fourth, and the other game was his first start and it wasn't too bad of a game. In the wins, we haven't won in spite of him. He's played a key part in the games. He led us down the field to tie the game today, last week he had the twenty yard run for the TD, etc.. Yes, he's a future star. -
Damnit, this was so frustrating. Yeah, no matter the outcome we have a good future, but if we won then who knows what could've happened THIS season.

Indiana at Cleveland
Cleveland's Finest replied to Real Deal's topic in Cleveland Cavaliers Team Forum
I wanted to add that I really underestimated Indiana. If Dunleavy can stay healthy a full year, this team could upset a top seed in the East. They have a good player at every position. For example, a team like the Heat could struggle against them because Collison and Hibbert outmatch them at the center and point guard. If they play Orlando, I think Hibbert could neutralize Howard and Granger will outplay Carter. This team has a very bright future. Guys like McRoberts, Foster, Ford, and Rush are excellent bench players. -
I thought he'd have a good game, but he really didn't "get back" at his team. I expect the same when we play the Heat. LeBron will lean on Wade because the pressure kills LeBron.
-
The one thing this team has always struggled to do is win on the road. If they can play like this in the post season in LA (a team they'll probably end up facing), then I'll have some confidence in them. But until they can do this in the postseason, I won't take them any further than the second round of the playoffs.

Well it was close at least, but it looks like Miami's pulling away. The sad thing about this is that Bosh probably feels like the victim of this whole story and it's unfortunate.

No Mo or Verajao...this team looked TERRIBLE. They better be back soon or we are going to go on a big losing streak. Pacers had control of the whole game and despite the tie at the half, you could tell the Cavs were headed for a downward spiral. 1-4 at home now. Jamison seems hurt too, so now we have all old veterans or youngsters playing. This game showed to me that Verajao's our best player. His spirit on the court motivates the whole team, and this game shows that. -
If we can pull this out this city is going to go crazy. We need to get the lead early and try and pull away as quick as we can. Hillis and the defense are the keys to the game.

Every analyst on ESPN had us finishing out of the playoffs, some were skeptical we'd even win 20 games. Sure, the season isn't over and many teams are overachieving/underachieving now, but this doesn't seem like a fluke to me. He deserves it because no one expected this team to do anything, and NO NBA franchise has ever been in a worse position than this team was coming into the season. So to get that team to the playoffs is a pretty big deal.

Is it possible you could remove all caps from the hyperlinks in the banner?

Heat were terrible on the defensive end. Bosh was good on offense, but he was horrific on defense. Heat have a lot of work to do and they need to sign a center. Celtics dominated offensively and got whatever they wanted, imagine once they have Perkins, add JO, then the Heat will be even smaller.

Blew a 12 point lead, 1-3 at home, looked like each team played opposite from last night. Ugly, ugly second half. Gotta win at home. -
Heat were up like 8 I think with a minute or so left, so that's a reasonable enough lead to leave at. It was packed to start.
-
Damn. This is a resilient bunch. Millsap better be an all-star this year.
-
Terrible foul.

Something tells me ESPN's headline for their NBA section will be LBJ's triple double, but no mention of his terrible shooting performance. The flagrant killed any Jazz momentum.
-
Damn what a comeback. Well Wade hit a 3, but hopefully the Jazz can keep it close so they have a chance.

3 straight on the road! It won't be long before people take this team seriously. Jamison was fantastic with 15 points, making his first four shots. Hickson with a double double to help. Mo didn't play any of the fourth quarter. Ramon Sessions and Boobie played backcourt the whole quarter. During the fourth, Sessions got a few buckets and Boobie hit two big threes. This is a big, big streak. We will probably be rusty coming home tomorrow, and it's hard to win a home and home series. Sessions had his best game as a Cav and proved a lot tonight.
-
Jamison is ready to go after a week of not playing. This would be big to win all three games on the road trip. Toughest of those three is tonight. Go Cavs!

WK9: Pittsburgh @ Cincinnati
Cleveland's Finest replied to Real Deal's topic in NFL Gameday Archives
I'm not going to solely blame him, but he's not good for the chemistry. I just feel like he changed the whole direction of the offense, and they should've stuck with the running. They probably have the most depth among receiving cores in the league and I think they give too much of the load to TO. I'm not too big of a fan of TO because he's all stats, no rings.....so he just got a TD, who knows maybe he's changed. -
Worst team of all time?
Cleveland's Finest replied to kingfish's topic in Minnesota Timberwolves Team Forum
The Rockets' opponents record so far is 25-5, so most had the Rockets winning. But to lose by that many points in three straight games is pretty bad. You'd expect some type of improvement or determination to get a win. Timberwolves need a leader on the court, something they've lacked since KG. -
Golden State at Toronto
Cleveland's Finest replied to Real Deal's topic in Toronto Raptors Team Forum
Why is this game on NBA TV? There's like three others games I'd rather watch. Raptors did a good job coming back, but the Warriors keep preventing them from breaking through.
