  1. I'll make sure to go to this one. I expect everything and anything to happen. Hopefully Hickson can posterize LeBron or we could have a buzzer beater win. Would be ironic if James had his first 50 point game in the Q....but not as a Cav.
  2. What a hero. I'm from Akron. [expletive] YOU! He probably wrote this before he hooked up with two girls in the club at Las Vegas.
  3. Not true. Home opener is against Boston the 27th.
  4. It's ironic you are asking the question in this thread. The answer is right here lol. Am I saying LBJ needed to do this? Hell no, because he handled this so badly. Z is a class act. LeBron was soulless and classless in his handling of free agency. And for that, he deserves that back from us.
  5. Well maybe it is too hard to overcome the negatives, as I have a hard time when I look at history and think about that era. I want to forget and move on, because even reminiscing is bitter knowing how it played out and what could've been. Makes it impossible to appreciate anything.
  6. Until we see Hickson play without LeBron you can't make stuff up. Hickson only made a better name for himself when he dominated the summer league. You may say he was supposed too, but that's certainly not a bad sign. Williams is a top 15, maybe even top 10 point guard.
  7. Win a ring for the king my [expletive]. He'll put up ten a night but he's just a specialty center imo.
  8. Well, a hollywood director couldn't have scripted a worse way to truly stab the hearts of people who invested so much into this guy. We craved a championship so much that we let the little things just slide through the cracks, but once we truly saw who he was once the betrayal aired on ESPN, we just came to the realization that he never was a class act. I'm tired of saying reasons for why he is hated. Because if you don't get it by now you just never will. We had a chance to bring in Amare. He signed off on Jamison. He forced us to get Shaq. He decided not to recruit like he is now. We could've gotten Ariza last year but LBJ wouldn't commit. He signed off on every move. People like you think management couldn't surround him. Wrong. He picked everything and his posse of thugs were given jobs even. This organization bent over for him. And he returns it by quitting in the playoffs, telling us he spoils us with his play, humiliating us on public television, and even more that I've said already. For all the great things you think he's gone, he's done just as many bad things. For that, in no way does he deserve to be honored by a team he screwed over in just about every way. Larry Nance has his number retired. You could say LBJ should definitely be too. Well, to be honored by a franchise, you have to also be a man. And LBJ is half the man Larry Nance is. So don't give me that crap. They made a dramatic move any time he wanted them to. He lead them on all summer. They even got a new coach and GM. And by that time, he STILL hadn't told them his decision. If he did, we could've actually gotten a nice player in return for trading him.
  9. He might be the only reason we lose a team in Cleveland also. So essentially what foundation he established is pretty much gone now. Cavs could've drafted D-Wade, Melo, etc...
  10. Why should we appreciate anything? LeBron never acknowledged Cleveland. Always talked about putting Akron on the map. NEVER told the owner that he was leaving. Rather, he had his agent notify Gilbert mere minutes after his ESPN show began. This guy never did what he promised, and is sad enough to humiliate the entire city on live TV with staged questions and a guy who he paid host the show. Calling us "that city" less than a day after leaving, partying it up, recruiting more in a few days than in 7 years here, noticeably going through the motions in the playoffs, and giving disgusting comments in the post game conferences about how he spoils himself. He's all about him. After Game 6, he said he and "his team" will go over everything for this summer's free agency. What a joke. Nothing about getting back next year and bouncing back, or how mad he is that we didn't accomplish the goal. Just how excited he is to leave. Worst of all, shooting the left handed free throw. His elbow's fine now of course. And even worse, quitting in the final minutes of Game 6 and shoving it in our faces.
  11. Just looking at the stats and non humane aspect, of course. Bottom line: You don't screw a franchise over and treat the organization like [expletive] and get honored at the same time. Ilgauskas will have his number retired, not LePrick. And I guarantee you every Cavs fan who knows how it really felt will agree with me. All the people who just watch LeBron and think he's the better man here of course will think Cleveland will get over it. We aren't. It's being discussed on the radio stations daily. No getting over what he did. Ever.
  12. Typical mindless comment. Honestly, there's so much about Cleveland, and Ohio. Cleveland Clinic, Cedar Point, Cleveland Browns/Indians/Cavs, Read this for a true education on what makes Cleveland Cleveland and not Los Angeles, New York, etc. http://www.cleveland.com/living/index.ssf/2010/07/lebron_james_may_be_gone_but_h.html
  13. Guarantee that LeBron finds a way to not play a single game in Cleveland this year. He knows that by not even playing would piss Cav fans off the most. Leave it to ESPN and the NBA to further humiliate Cleveland by putting the spotlight on us on Christmas or Opening Day so people can watch us further be humiliated on national TV again.
  14. Part 2: Making a Point Scene: Backstage at an independent show, A-Zim has a message for the OTR Universe of fans. A-Zim: First of all, I would like to thank all who enjoyed my match a week ago when I beat Ryan David to a pulp. I tried to hold off during that match though. That's because I want to show off my true potential at Gold Rush, when the lights are brighter and the implications are above all others. A-Zim takes a deep breath and stares off into space for a few seconds, getting the words he wants to project in his head. A-Zim: Now, onto my opponent, Vincent. Supposedly my opponent was recently involved in an altercation with eight men. And from what I hear, he destroyed all of them. Well, to make things clear, I surpass all eight of them combined. Vincent, it will be Lights Out for you once I ram you in the mat with my sit down power bomb. You have your Anaconda Vice hold you think you'll put on me during our match? Well, I'll make sure to snap your Anaconda Vice like the whimp you are. Last week, I entertained you all with my match, and this time, I entertained you with my words. Next week, I'll entertain the you, the OTR Universe with my shear force and brutality in the ring. And that's because I am The Entertainer. Scene fades.
  15. http://media.cleveland.com/cavs_impact/photo/ilgauskas-adjpg-5a767a72c8032494.jpg http://www.cleveland.com/cavs/index.ssf/2010/08/ilgauskas_thanks_cavs_fans_for.html God bless him and good luck Z!
  16. The third team would probably be a team that wants Shaq so we could sign and trade him.
  17. Wow. That was all just a ploy to make Cavs fans feel like he did [expletive]. All a smoke screen. When we tried to recruit Michael Redd, LeBron wouldn't pick him up at the airport and made Eric Snow pick him up. Ray Allen wouldn't sign with us either. Meanwhile, he's in Miami now, twittering about his boys coming to town and how awesome it is. Picking up Fisher, accepting "less" money, becoming robin to batman, and all this other [expletive]. I always disliked LeBron. Was always so-so about him and never praised him. I just wanted to wait until his stupid decision to see if I was truly right. He made it that hard to tell. Such a joke. Meanwhile, less than a day later he's doing things he never did in Cleveland and he's still doing things we've never heard of or seen. This league is becoming a joke and it will as long as these gutless cowards team up to run the show.
  18. Jamison is better than Gallinari. Last year 3 more rpg, and shot 40% better from the field. And the ppg and apg and minutes per game are all plus or minus a few decimals. Jamison scored more than 20 points in a game 29 times last year while Danilo had only 15 games of 20 or more points. Danilo also had 20 games where he scored in the single digits, whereas Jamison scored in single digits 12 times last year. In November, December, and January, when Jamison was the main star on offense, he averaged 20-22 points per game before he became what, the third/fourth option in Cleveland, lowering his minutes with very little time to adapt to a system. Last year, Jamison had 17 double doubles to Gallinari's 5. Basically shows there's no reason to say Danilo is obviously better because of the age difference. These stats show when Jamison is relied on for points, he comes up big. With a much more limited role in Cleveland and little time, his stats were affected. Jamison is much more consistent based on his double doubles and twenty or more point games, along with less single digit in points games.
  19. something tells me lbj won't even play when cavs play heat a la KG vs. minnesota

  20. when does nba schedule come out?

  21. You've got to be kidding me. Stunning where all these Cavs are ending up. The after shock of this decision crap is just mind blowing.
  22. Lkr quit so we need one person to replace him to be able to do the tourney. We have plenty of time. I'm planning on having Gold Rush up maybe the 7th or 8th so we just need to find someone this weekend to sign up who'll be active. Try and see if any of your buds are into this stuff. I'll look for a few people who might join as well.
