GM2: Boston (0) @ Cleveland (1)
Cleveland's Finest replied to Real Deal's topic in Cleveland Cavaliers Team Forum
The Cavs can't win on the road. When we had Shaq, we weren't playing well in the 1st half in Boston. LeBron's gonna go three point shooting ballistic. Don't get me wrong, it'll be close, but like last year, the Cavs come up just short every time on the road when it matters. It makes me sick that the Celtics needed a game, and they got it, and they blew us out. When we had Wally, Z, and Andy starting two years ago, we blew out the Celtics in their prime at home, holding them in the 60's in one game. Yet with a more talented team, we are getting shown up by a much older Celtics team. -

It makes me so sick...I've been watching ESPN first take and I see Skip Bayless bash the Cavs all the time. And when this injury came up he said it's his new excuse and he said Celtics in six. Everything he's said is coming true. Not the fact that we're losing, but that we're getting shown up. After last year I felt like this was just a year where what happens, happens. Last year was when I gave up all hope. This team is terrible. And now the injury talk goes to the next level....oh is LeBron going to play now? He's a warrior, he'll play. -

It's Orlando series all over again. Two years ago, a worse talented Cavs team blew out the Celtics in their prime at home....this year, with more talent, we fail to beat them. LBJ MVP X2 Champion X 0 -

He has to say that so he looks like some admirable warrior. He creates the injury and it becomes a huge deal just in time for the Boston series. Celtics in 6, Cavs lucky to win Game 5. LeBron is MVP ey? Check his stats. MVP should be determined in playoffs. -

Cavs suck on the road when it matters. Lost all four in Boston two years ago, all three in Orlando last year. They won in Detroit awhile ago, but that's when LeBron wasn't injured. -

His elbow's injured....don't you understand? JK, I'm done sticking up for this guy. Every year there's something. Thanks LeBron for bringing five years of playoffs into Cleveland and failing to improve in any of them. -

Wow..f this team haha. Flat out suck. Shaq trade's "success" TBD in the playoffs, and we now know how it worked out. LBJ's elbow is his excuse for this year's failure. See you in NY LBJ and in Colt McCoy we trust. -

Sheed shooting what, under .350 from three this season? 3/3 from three tonight? I'll take those odds. -

Have to go up 2-0 and not play games with this team. Keep home court and play D. -
Is Denver's Window Closing?
Cleveland's Finest replied to BeeZee's topic in Denver Nuggets Team Forum
But they won the first game against the Spurs in both series against them, and they lost four straight in both. No sign of improvement after the first. And they got swept by the Lakers. You'd think there would be some progress yearly. They got Chauncey and we saw a nice showing but they're at it again this year. -

I really don't know what I said that triggered this comment. But seriously, 5 years in the playoffs, and I still don't see that mentality where he won't let his team lose. He has plenty of talent around him. Since I didn't see him win a game solely like we've seen LeBron and Kobe have done, I believed that Chauncey would need to lead this team. -

Well at full health this year they really competed with the Lakers. The Nuggets go as Chauncey goes until Melo becomes a leader. Last year was a great year to build on. This year was as bad as it could've been. Melo needs to become a leader now. 4 1st round exits in 5 appearances is terrible for a guy who's considered a top 5 star. -

Lakers bench is a zero. They went to Bynum in the 4th to begin, but couldn't get going. -

Mo ignites. Celtics ran out of gas. KG didn't go inside because Shaq's physical intimidation. Great, great game. The crowd got so loud and the Cavs showed some heart tonight. -
A great leader? Best stats in the league? Best team in the league? Most valuable for the best team? LeBron fulfilled all and that's why he was the consensus number one.

Going to this! So mad his MVP presentation is at Game 2 though, which I can't go to. LeBron wanted to face the Celts so bad. We lost in 7 games to this team only two years ago in tough fashion. Big rivalry. We have homecourt this time. -

Cleveland's Finest replied to Real Deal's topic in Oklahoma City Thunder Team Forum
Well they really don't have nothing to lose. To the OKC fans who really don't have a good pro team, making the playoffs is like making the finals. They aren't used to this and they embraced it. When the Cavs first made the playoffs, just making it was a huge deal. -

Terrible, a lucky bounce of the ball gives them the win. -

Durant is so impressive. Terrible shooting but he keeps his poise and it's paying off. Kobe responds with a sick jumper. -
Beabouis yesterday and now Joey Graham today with 19 at the half?

LA keeps getting the lead, no matter how big, but the OKC Thunder have so much fight. They come back and respond to every Laker run. So much fight in them. -

Lmao, wow....wait to choke Milwaukee. The first game they were expected to win in awhile, and that's why they lost. Game 7 a toss up still imo.
