Lmao, Ben Wallace missed a dunk haha. He went for a big power jam and lost the ball on the way down. I still think the Bulls will blow a game and the Raptors will take the 8 seed.

Belief Growing LeBron Will Re-Sign

Is it that far out that I think my team can win it all? Two years ago when we were the four seed I never bragged about our team. It's not like I'm a Bobcat fan saying we'll go all the way. -
Please keep the lead Hawks. I want the Celtics badder than anything in the 2nd round.

I like when the PA announcer says Anre Igoudaaaaaaahlaaahhh when Iggy scores. -
http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=5079197 Great news. I really think Shaq and Antawn will have an adjustment period, since they've only played a few games together before Shaq's injury. Hopefully he'll play some Wednesday. Imo, it's best if he can start from the 1st round and not come in during the middle of the playoffs.

Just another us against the world ting for the playoffs. A shame he can't coach like he talks. Stupid enough to take Alston out of their lineup in the finals, put in Nelson, and they lose the finals. Dwight can't make a shot outside of a dunk consistently. He has no set shot really at all. He can have as many 20 rebound games as he wants, but this year, that hasn't been more impressive then LeBron's block over Durant, his steal over D-Wade, his comeback in Boston. etc...

How many years can you say we won in Boston, Orlando, and LA? 6-3 against those three teams if you exclude the game Sunday as opposed to 3-6 last year? Uh....yeah. -

I don't get what you're trying to say....you said the Cavs wouldn't improve with their age, so I posted about how there wouldn't be that much of a drop off..... -

Verajao's coming off the bench and is now in 6th man of the year discussion. If you seriously think he hasn't improved and doesn't have anywhere else to go then you are too stuck up with hating the Cavs to not realize how well he's improved. And now Jamison will go from 20 ppg to 10 ppg next year? I haven't noticed any aging in him, and I don't see how one year would kill him just like that. And why do we need more from Mo? Every since we got him, we've had two 60 plus win seasons? What more of a ceiling is there? And same with Delonte....he's hit a playoff game winner for us, helped in Game 7 vs. Boston, and he's not 27 anyways. Yeah, Shaq and Z are old. That's where JJ Hickson and Andy come in. And I'd assume losing seven footers constitutes picking up a big in free agency. And Boobie Gibson. We are 12-0 when he starts this year. He's only 22 years old. People seem to forget he's there. Again, more talent for LeBron. Too add to that, you've got Danny Green, Jawad Williams, etc.. who have all brought their own and contributed. You are underestimating this team and coming to conclusions based on the people you specifically brought out. ------------------- Again, why would LeBron go to Chicago to share the spotlight with another point guard who plays like he does. LeBron needs to be point forward in order to be the best he can. And knowing New York was there, why would he pass it up to go to...New Jersey? again, not Brooklyn. You guys are getting too much into the aging crap. You guy think we'll be like the Celtics and just like that every man who turns 30 or 35 on our team will lose everything? And there's the offseason for improvement. -
lmao wtf!!!!!

Teammates let him down? You are beating on the Mo factor. I highly doubt Shaquille O'Neal will let him down. I highly doubt Mo will (look at his stats against elite teams from this and last year/this is his second year in the playoffs. besides Parker, now all starters have worthy playoff experience). I highly doubt Antawn Jamison will let him down. Do people even realize how badly Jamison wants a title? He is going to show up. And Shaq's played half the season. Z is only what, 34? Besides, Shaq said two years when he signed. Verajao is starter quality and JJ's a stud anyways, and there's the offseason, so next year's not a concern yet. And he's not going to Chicago and he's not going to play in New Jersey because that's not Brooklyn yet. Derrick Rose is the point guard. LeBron needs to play with a guy like Joe Johnson or Bosh so he can be point forward. If he wins a title for the city this year, I'd be mad, definitely miserable if he left, but I couldn't blame him. -

So we lose in the ECF in Game 7, then LeBron jumps to New York to play with Chris Bosh and......? And that's a guarantee to win the title? Meanwhile, he's leaving his home, Shaq, Mo, Antawn, Delonte, Z, Andy, and god knows else on that team. His four horsemen live there, his family is situated there, and he has the whole city on his shoulders. Go to NY, he's still below the Yankees. And then, look at our future. We have the best management, have prospects in JJ and youngsters in Telfair, Boobie, and some huge foreign investments which allow us to offer LeBron the most money of any team. Besides, I'm calling it right now. The Cavs are winning the finals. With Shaq and LeBron, you can't beat that combination. And if you question LeBron's mental desire to win after what he's been through in the playoffs the last four year, then you're in for something this June. btw people, he's not going to the Nets. Why would he want to play in New Jersey for two years? He wants to play in Brooklyn, and that's not the immediate situation. He'll sign short term with Cleveland, go to the Nets if any. It's Knicks or Cavs end of story. He can leave and I'd respect it because he won a title in Cleveland if that's the case. If I was him though, I'm not leaving Cleveland. -

Why would you draw up s play for Gasol knowing you have a guy in Kobe who's hit 6 game winners. I mean I understand trying to trick the other team, but even then you can't override Kobe's clutch season. -
I was talking about the game they won IN Cleveland. And I think Flip Murray, who brought the Hawks out of the 1st round last year and hit the key shot when he was with the Bobcats when they won in Cleveland, along with Hakim Warrick and Taj Gibson make up for the losses from last year's playoff squad.
-
I meant with that intensity. Look at the Bulls blowing a lead in New Jersey and losing to them. If we get that team we should handle them. Here, though, the Bulls won't let up. They could be lackadaisical and let the Raptors stay in it, but they keep pushing it. Also, they beat us here in Cleveland. And look at them when they pushed the Celtics to 7, that being without Deng.
-
eh....this is getting ugly.
-
Can't believe Earl Barron is starting. I completely forgot about this guy and now he's starting. I want to see the Heat win and take that fifth spot and kill the Celtics.
-
Ugh....the Bulls just keep pouring on basket after basket. If the Bulls are playing like this, then look out Cavs.....7 game series. fml
-
There you go. Hedo making sure he gets the rebound. 17 boards???? Damn....
-
The Raptors need Jack to play the rest of the game. Hedo's been good, but Jack is sparking the offense. They are rushing up too many jumpers and aren't taking time during the possession. They have no one around the hoop when the shot goes up, and just run back to defense. Toronto can get back in this game. It's nice to see they are playing really hard. Noah almost has a triple double, very impressive. Hedo almost has one too. If he can play like this to end the season, a loss here and the Raptors could still get in.

btw, why no Artest at the end? I know Sasha was playing good, but you need the clutch defense. -
I'm just saying the media always says LeBron, Wade, and Bosh. Not just LeBron and Wade. And I wasn't saying LeBron is better. I'm talkign about the Raptors. I just believe with the good guards they had, Bosh, and Bargnani, they should've been able to have more success in the playoffs. I haven't seen Bosh be a leader the way other guys like Dwight have become. That's all.

You still should be able to beat a Roy-less Blazers team at home with a lead in the 4th. And you guys lost to the Spurs at home. You can say no Bynum, but how about no Parker OR Hill? I'm saying the Lakers, if they want to be the consensus pick as the best team in the West, should win at least some of these games. And now's the time to do it. -
