  1. I'm going with Thibodeau. He took the Bulls from a #8 seed just a year ago to the #1 seed and one of the favorites to win the Finals
  2. Although it's hard to predict anything at this point, I'm gonna go ahead and predict a matchup for Super Bowl 46: Atlanta Falcons vs. New York Jets The Falcons were the best regular season team in 2010, and although they choked in the postseason, they had one of the toughest regular season schedules in the league. The fact that they were able to win 13 games with that type of schedule was amazing, and that should really help them going into next season. Matt Ryan is a top 10 QB, while Michael Turner is back to the elite status he was at during the 08 season. Roddy White led the league in receptions with 115 and was 2nd in yards with 1389. They have Tony Gonzalez as well, one of the top tight ends in NFL history, as well as 3 Pro Bowlers on defense and special teams The Jets are a much different story. Sanchez didn't exactly break out last year, but he went a while without throwing an interception and led the Jets to the AFC Championship Game for the 2nd year in a row. Rex Ryan loves to talk trash, but he sure backs it up, especially when it comes to the playoffs. I think he might actually come through on his guarantee for a Jets' Super Bowl win in 2011 I would pick the Falcons to win this game, however, if it happened because of their ability to run the football. If you have a good quarterback, having a running game helps a lot, but the Falcons' and their ability to manage the ball takes it to a whole new level So that's my prediction. February 5, 2012. Atlanta Falcons over New York Jets
  3. Rodman never played offense though. And I doubt he gets any championship rings without Pippen or Jordan And he was always getting ejected from games and losing his cool. Not the type of mentality one would expect from a Hall of Famer, yes? Take away Rodman, the Bulls were still a championship caliber team year in and year out. Take away Pippen and Jordan, the Bulls probably don't even make the playoffs
  4. Not just on ASG selections, but you would think that one of the best defenders of all time would have more All Star appearances, let alone All-NBA selections Rodman may have been a beast at defense, but unless the HOF is for defense only, he doesn't deserve to be in. At all
  5. Ok I'm sorry but how is it that someone who was only a 2x NBA All-Star was elected to the Hall of Fame? I don't care how many rings he won, it was all Pippen and Jordan. It's a shame that people like Vince Carter and Tracy McGrady, who each have 7 All Star appearances, might not even make it to the Hall of Fame because of people like this
  6. Yeah thats basically exactly how I feel lol
  7. Just bought some new baller shades and a baller hat. Life is gooooood
  8. Haha I can't wait till this movie comes out. Hopefully the 3rd one will be even better
  9. I could see a team trading for him once the lottery picks are already said and done
  10. Well at the very least, he wont make soccer any less interesting than it already is
  11. I'm sure there'll be another premier white rapper sometime in the future; I doubt he'll be at the same skill level as Eminem though
  12. He'd better be. The one question you have to ask yourself when determining if someone is a Hall of Famer is "Was that person ever considered elite for his time period?" Carter sure as hell was an elite player during his prime, whether you're going by what he did for the Raptors' franchise, the slam dunk contest in 2000, or his ability to maintain production regardless of which franchise he went to
  13. I'm not a neat freak, but yeah I definitely prefer when my car is clean. Just makes it look that much nicer
  14. Devin Hester probably isn't too happy about this
  15. Some mock drafts have Patrick Peterson going #1 to the Panthers but I don't think that pick makes sense because it would be the first time a cornerback ever went #1 overall. Would it be wrong for the Panthers to pick Peterson? I mean, he is the safest pick in this year's draft, and there's not a whole lot of talent in this draft class
  16. Coach of the Year isn't always about a coach doing good with a team. Sometimes it's about a coach being able to turn a team completely around from what it was the previous year. Sometimes it's the ability for the coach to overcome circumstances that most other teams would be unable to deal with. Sometimes it's dealing with adversity or making gutsy decisions that end up paying off in the end. Sometimes it's a combination of all of these Voters for Coach of the Year don't want to see the same coach every year maintaining a good team. They want to see the bad teams turning into good teams - and the awards usually go to coaches that fulfill those criteria and exceed expectations for their team. It's one thing to be hyped up before the season and be good, but it's another to have no hype and have people predicting a Top 5 pick and then being a contender. Coaches who can make good teams out of average players should also be considered for COTY
  17. I like American Eagle and Hollister cuz I fill out their shirts real well
