Also, despite his two big, big drops I'd give it to Jordy Nelson. With Driver out and Jennings being BLANKETED by Ike Taylor, Nelson has stepped up as a gamebreaker. I want Green Bay to win, but I don't think they have what it takes if Pittsburgh can get to Rodgers early. Rodgers, like Brady, becomes a bit of a different quarterback when he gets jarred around. He makes questionable decisions and you can't do that in the Super Bowl. I also don't think Mike McCarthy is capable of making the game-deciding decision if it comes down to it. Pittsburgh 21 Green Bay 16.. should be an awesome game though.

That Stanley Cup was giftwrapped on a platter for him. Burke gets a little credit from me but not much. He was a lame duck GM in Vancouver and the Kessel deal was probably amongst the top-ten worst in history with Seguin and the guy they'll add this year (could be a guy like Larsson). He's overrated.

Bound to happen with the way 'Nova was trapping. It was phenomenal to watch and I just watched a bit of it. Jay Wright looked like Rex Ryan out there, throwing blitzes left, right and center. Not only was it good practice, it was a good test for Georgetown so they can learn to play in those pressure situations. I wish more teams trapped in College Basketball. Makes it a lot more fun.

Do the rookies play in the actual all-star game as well? Either way I'm taking Team Lidstrom, teams pretty stacked.

Nashville is in Vancouver tonight and the local paper posted Rinne's numbers, and they are astounding. Rinne would definitely be on my list. Alex Edler is quietly becoming a top-tier defenseman here in Vancouver as well.

I would've rather had Caleb Hanie playing out there like he did then have Jay Cutler throwing the ball like he did on the 3rd and 6 when he completely missed Hester throwing off his back foot. At that point he was 6 for 14 for 80 yards, I think the correct choice is to bring him out anyways. He wasn't moving the offense anywhere.
