  1. I don't really think the Big East cared about demographics or general geography here, the motive was to get better as a football conference and they did that in adding one of the best non-AQ programs in the Country. It's a great move for the football program and both TCU and the Big East needed this. Instant credibility to the two sides. With the Big East potentially sending UCONN to the BCS, you know there may be a problem.
  2. The Philly cheese steak he had before the game clearly didn't sit well with him, which in itself is a huge rarity.
  3. Jim Leavitt would be a quality hire alongside Gruden. Gruden knows what he's doing, that'd be a fantastic hire for The U. I'd also hope he'd keep Whipple's play action schemes in his playbook or keep Whipple himself in the fold.
  4. Why was there no review there is what I'm wondering. That's worth at least a second look.
  5. Finnegan did his job as far as I'm concerned, got under the skin of Johnson. That's Finnegan's game anyways, so good for him.
  6. I've read conflicting reports that say they do and don't. I read one source saying it has to be within four years but not necessarily this year, but then I read another source that as long as their is a Pac-10 champion playing in the BCS then they have to take a non-AQ in the Rose Bowl (TCU). I, too think it'd be smart to keep Stanford to preserve it as well. Plus it's a great match up of two smash mouth pro style offenses.
  7. It's a little clearer now. Of the AQ conference championships, SEC, ACC and the Big 12 have to essentially play a play-in game for a BCS Bowl. Oklahoma/Nebraska, VT/FSU, Auburn/SCar play for these BCS bowls (in Auburn's case, the NC Game). How I see it breaking down BCS poll wise 1 Auburn 2 Oregon 3 TCU 4 Stanford 5 Wisconsin NC Game: Oregon v. Auburn Sugar: Arkansas v. Ohio State Rose: Wisconsin v. TCU (Non-AQ Bull) Orange: Virginia Tech v. Stanford Fiesta: Nebraska v. West Virginia
  8. I don't think South Carolina has what it takes to beat Auburn, but it could be a tight game. Spurrier will have some sort of [expletive]ery up his sleeve and if Garcia plays well Alshon Jeffrey could ravage that defense, as could Marcus Lattimore. In the end, I don't think anyone but perhaps Oregon, Wisconsin or even Stanford has what it takes offensively to stay with Auburn for four quarters.
  9. I don't mind the bickering, but don't result to personal attacks such as calling someone a dumb [expletive]. Go crazy with the discussion, but refrain from the insults. /moderator.
  10. LSU knocked out. Good win for the Hogs. Love the way Knile Davis runs, and Arky could potential sneak into a BCS Bowl especially if Stanford loses as well.
  11. Easy enough when you go through the hell stretch of UC Davis, Tulsa, Hawaii and San Jose State. Or better yet, a ridiculous stretch of New Mexico State, Toledo, San Jose State and Louisiana Tech.
  12. Not surprisingly, LSU looks awful and have no rhythm. At least Arkansas is one of the few teams they play that can actually put a team away, which they're beginning to do. Please don't blow this Arkansas, you have a chance to perhaps sneak into a BCS Bowl.
  13. Roy Roundtree is one of the worst receiver I've seen play at this level all year. Maybe he should get some tips from Dane Sanzenbacher on how to actually catch the ball and play receiver.
  14. Hey, even MO Southern is better then Boise State. http://www.myteamisbetterthanyourteam.com/default.asp?winner=MO+Southern&loser=Boise+St&year=2010&method=2
  15. I mean, if I was right, I was ready to pull out the "Are you a wizard?" picture, but alas it stays away, hidden in my links of great pictures.

  17. It's funny because the Nevada kicker won't hit this field goal either. 5'6" redshirt freshman walk on? LOL.
  18. Lol. [expletive]ing embarassing. I could go in and kick better then that. Someone cue up the Homer Simpson scene where he starts to cut everyone. "Brotzman, what are you still doing here? You're cut."
  19. I will also allow entry to my anal passage.. no homo of course.
  20. That coverage was embarrassing. You play [expletive]in' MAN with no deep deep safety? Are you kidding me? You deserve to lose after that.
  21. WOLFPACK dropping their loads in Boise State's mouth. Love it. Go get 'em in OT Kaepernick.
  22. WOOOOO. OT, love you [expletive]ers from Nevada.
  23. Yes, he plays the most minutes on the team right now at 30 minutes a game. He's a well balanced player who add a lot to a building program in Oregon. Smart player who knows his limitation. You want these kind of players on your team.
  24. Nevada is driving down the field again. I love Colin Kaepernick, he is going to be flying up my rankings. He runs the offense to a T, is smart, understands his limitations. He has a weird release and doesn't throw the football a lot but he has great ball placement. He's certainly raw but there's a lot to like about this kid. You don't teach that kind of size/speed/strength ratio and if he can sit a couple of years he can be a starter down the right, especially somewhere like Buffalo if they don't roll with Andrew Luck/Cam Newton and stay with Fitzpatrick.
