  1. Pierre Thomas also needs to learn how to be patient and set up his blockers, as Flash said he keeps running into a wall and gets no where. Gotta use better vision to make the proper read on the holes.
  2. You watched your rookie punter almost muff one in the first half. Then you watched Reggie Bush almost give the ball to the 49ers in the Red Zone. Why aren't you pounding ball security into this kids head? If you can't make a play, stay the [expletive] away from the ball.
  3. Beautiful cut by Reggie. Saints are rolling, let's hope this doesn't become stagnant like Minnesota again.
  4. There are some awful coordinators in the league that shouldn't be in an offensive capacity to call plays. Gilbride and Raye are two of them. It sucks because a guy like Jim Zorn, who is a great coordinator or QB coach but not in the right mind to be a head coach, is coaching up Joe Flacco when he could be running a team like San Francisco who would thrive on his principles on offense. Vernon Davis and Michael Crabtree would be absolutely dynamite in his offense, a vertical passing game with the short game (roots of the WCO) implemented into it. A list of OC's who shouldn't be in their respective capacities. For fun. Curtis Modkins Dan Henning Bruce Arians Clyde Christiansen (AKA Peyton Manning) Dirk Koetter Jason Garrett Kevin Gilbride Mike Martz Jeff Davidson Jimmy Raye Pat Shurmur There are a few that either have Head Coaches calling plays (Payton, Whis, etc.) or are simply average. But then you look at guys in secondary roles (QB Coaches, running backs, quality control, etc.) that could deserve a shot at an OC job. Zorn, Charlie Joiner, Brian Ferentz, Edgar Bennett, etc.
  5. Great, he got burned twice. It doesn't ignore the fact that Moss still only caught 2 balls. Let's not pretend Revis and the Jets' D were the only ones doing the trash talking. Moss had plenty to say about "Revis Island" and didn't do anything, just like last year.
  6. With so many mediocre kickers in the league currently, I'm all for it. To damage an already awful kicker psychologically is a huge bonus, especially players like David Buehler or, in the case of the 'Skins, Graham Gano (who is one of my favorite kickers), is a huge percentage I'm willing to take. Even if I ice a kicker and he misses it. You take that chance.
  7. The fact of the matter is, Revis may be hurt, but he was burned on that one play, but it wasn't because of his hammy, it was blown safety coverage. I think that's fairly obvious, he let Moss have basically a free release. Leonhard or the safety over the top should've been there. Simple mis-communication.\ EDIT - Just watched the catch again, and Phil Simms even says "where's the deep safety?". Revis wasn't great in this game, but that touchdown wasn't his fault. Moss still ends up with only two catches.
  8. Just a stagnant offense, defense wasn't much better but wasn't given much of a chance. Obviously a tough game to win in Atlanta but that showcase was pretty pitiful. Give Max Hall the reigns and call it a season.
  9. You're team was dismantled by a [expletive]ty Seahawks team. Irony at it's finest.
  10. This is the worst offensive line I've seen in two or three years. Kevin Schafer playing Left Tackle? http://i281.photobucket.com/albums/kk238/fastlikeme/Reaction/gifface39-1.gif

  12. I was going to suggest use my picks from another board and I'd just run my own tally against what you guys are doing on Yahoo, but you guys may think I cheated week one. I went 11-5, no spreads in Week 1. My survivor was Miami. Can I just do what I mentioned? Any objections?
  13. Are you interested in anyone from my team? I'm definitely open to dishing Jackson for the right offer.
  14. I don't use AIM anymore. Just send me a PM and I usually get them in 10 minutes on my phone. I just didn't get the ones you sent last night. And everyone, set up your rosters for tomorrow ASAP.
  15. Good game so far, Murray is going to be a good one and Mallett is playing well. Really watching for how DeMarcus Love blocks in this game, he's been decent so far.
  16. Pistol comes back from suspension in four days I think. Much anticipated return. I know he's reading this, too. Just sayin'. Denard Robinson > UMass.
  17. Man, whoever Michael Jordan is (STL10 maybe?), he just gets absolutely [expletive] on by alot of the members here. Kind of comedic, but kind of weird that a guy can be so hated on an internet forum, lol.
  18. Just seem them now. I don't know, I don't exactly want to give away Rivers, or Peterson for that matter, but I'll counter.
  19. Trade me Charles, tell me what you want for him. I love him, he's going to be a center piece in that KC offense, especially with the ineptitude of Matt Cassel.
  20. At least spell my last name right! God. thanks for the mention, but I'm no where near any of those professionals. I enjoy Matthew Berry (fanatsy wise), Jon Gruden and Jaws on MNF, and KC Joyner has some great stuff. I really like reading peoples opinions on forums too, especially if they know what they're talking about, I appreciate them as well. Chris over at smartfootball.com is my favorite though. So knowledgable of the game, his Boise State offensive breakdown on his site is absolutely insane and full of great football material. Give him a read.
  21. http://www.sungazette.com/page/blogs.detail/display/466/The-Vastly-Overrated-Marvin-Harrison.html These are my sentiments towards Marvin Harrison, in a nutshell. Bill Polian protected his prized little receivers, changing the rules so his offense can flourish. I'm interested to what you guys say towards this, I simply do not like Marvin Harrison and think he's completely overrated. Why? Give me insight guys, this can be a good debate.
  22. I hate that overrated POS Marvin Harrison. One ofthe biggest [expletive] to ever play the receiver position. Spoon fed from Peyton himself.
