I think he is. The 4k+ yards is just amazing. Yes, his receivers are underrated but still.. the players the Saints have put around him aren't big named targets. Brees is just a monster offensively and has been very consistent. He wasn't even bad in SD. He ended up getting hurt and they had an up-and-coming QB they wanted to hand the reigns over.
