It always starts out with high activity, and then a few other and I end up being the only real active ones for a couple of reasons: 1. People quit because they have too much stuff for school. 2. The commish disappears for an extended period of time. 3. Terrible trades. 4. Terrible trades. 5. Terrible trades. I remember in the last league we did, there were about three very good teams being Mason's, Smitty's team (I believe), and my team. I had stocked up on GM cash for months, spending a lot of time doing my bank, and about FIVE other people's banks which took a longgggggggggggggggggggggggg time, and then the league just died which pissed me off because I did put a lot of time into doing this league. Also, the GM cash was just insane because I juiced Greg Oden beyond belief to the best or second best Center in the league, and that was just crazy. Also, there needs to be a trade committee, and we need to allow people that post here often to get into the league before people that don't post often. Also, we allow offseason trades to be made (but wont get put into the game until the offseason) to help keep activity up. Always review people wanting to join the league to make sure they are willing to stick with the league. Can't let some n00b get a team and not know what the [expletive] he is doing. Or, you guys(not you) could stop making absolutely retarded trades, when there is no way they would ever pass with a trade committee ...... He traded Anthony Morrow for Dwayne Wade and [expletive]. The good thing about this simulator is that we most likely won't use bank accounts because even though you can edit players, it's a pain in the [expletive]. How about a trade committee of about 4-5 people (including yourself and whoever decides to help you) ? And you need a certain amount of votes from the trade committe for the trade to go through? Well, I guess if you like a rating system that uses a high school grading scale (A-F) and not an in depth scale from 1-100 on about 15 different abilities per each player versus about 5 or so in FBB, then maybe FBB is for you.
