Cleveland's Finest
CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Zydrunas Ilgauskas is back in town and very shortly intends to be back in a Cavalier uniform.Monday is the first day Ilgauskas and the Cavs can negotiate a contract to re-join the team. That is when a 30-day moratorium following the trade that brought Antawn Jamison expires.Ilgauskas' agent, Herb Rudoy, said the Ilgauskas is hoping the process will go quickly so that he can join the team on a road trip to New Orleans and San Antonio that begins on Tuesday. Unless there are any unforeseen bumps, Ilgauskas' much-anticipated return game at The Q will be next Sunday afternoon against the Sacramento Kings."He is hopeful I can get a deal done quickly so he can sign and travel with the team," Rudoy wrote in an e-mail. "He is very excited to get back to his teammates."http://www.cleveland.com/cavs/index.ssf/2010/03/zydrunas_ilgauskas_putting_fin.html Very, very excited. It's felt odd without him here and hopefully he can start for us now.
