Warren2ThaG
Won't it be weird? Just won't be the same... Were going to have to grow old watching a team trying to contend without him playing. It's just a part of life. We should cherish these last years as much as possible.
The Artesticle
It'll suck, but we'll move on.
YugoRocketsFan
Kobe is about to be 32, so there is still at least 3-4 years of him playing.

Big Penny
but when Kobe retires, and the Lakers fall to the lottery, Jashaun Agosto will be old enough to come to the NBA http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9KR9_eF9Ef4
Flash
I'd say he's got 3 more years left in him before he'll start to think about retiring. He plays at such a high level that the only thing may be the wear and tear of playing in the NBA since he was 18.
Sportsguy9695
We still got Mr. Lebron James guys. he is pretty nasty too. Personally I think he is better then Kobe

Check my Stats
When he retires LeBron will have no one you can argue as an equal which will surely help LeBron's ego.

GamerGuy
Kobe has quite a bit left in the tank. Granted, he's going to gradually slow down, but he's not going to retire for at least another 6-7 years. He takes such good care of his body, so he'll be around for a long time. But once he DOES retire...well, it'll be a sad day in the league. Hopefully by then the Lakers will have another franchise player lined up, ready to take over.
