Teletopez
Mark Jackson, Jeff Van Gundy, Avery Johnson, Mike Fratello, John Loyer, Jay Wright, Rick Pitino, Tom Izzo and Mike Kryzewski. From that group, the first four have been and still are the most discussed candidates for the open head coaching spot this offseason, the fifth is likely to stay as an assistant, and the last four have rejected any idea of coming to Jersey. Money is not much of an obstacle now with Prokhorov, so who should the Nets go after from what seem to be realistic possibilities? Feel free to throw in more names. GamerGuy
Not so sure about Van Gundy coming back, so I think it'll be between Mark Jackson and Avery Johnson. I know Mark has been wanting to get into the coaching seat for a while, and with all the potential changes in the off-season, I think he'll get the job. Vinyard
I can't take Avery Johnson's ridiculous voice. Next!
Owner Real Deal Posted March 31, 2010 Owner Report Share Posted March 31, 2010 Jackson, Johnson and Van Gundy would all be good for the Nets. Keep this in mind: at least you're not rumored to get Eddie Jordan or Terry Stots.
Klashnekoff
Mark Jackson definitely needs to come to the Nets.
