The Regime
Kevin Durant scored 37 points against Boston on Wednesday, including a 15-for-15 from the line. Kevin Garnett, who usually doesn’t stray down this path, accused the officiating crew of Bob Delaney, Zach Zarba and Mark Ayotte of protecting Durant. “I thought we were playing Michael (bleeping) Jordan tonight the way he was getting whistles,” Garnett said. “We played bad on the defensive end,” a typically frank Kendrick Perkins said. “Guys missed assignments and it added up. They got to the line because they were being aggressive. “Durant is an aggressive player, and everybody fed off of him. Missed assignments hurt us. We were more worried about scoring than the defensive end.” http://realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/65701/20100401/kg_refs_gave_durant_the_jordan_treatment/
