The Goods
The Spurs have apparently increased their pursuit of free-agent forward Antonio McDyess. San Antonio has offered McDyess a three-year contract starting at the full mid-level exception, according to NBA sources. The third year, which would only be partially guaranteed, could be what separates the Spurs from the forward's other suitors. McDyess, 34, reportedly plans to play just two more seasons, which means San Antonio is essentially offering him extra cash in the 2011-12 season. http://www.realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/60417/20090708/spurs_make_push_for_mcdyess/
