Nice that you've got the Sox winning the AL Central. ;)

I hoping for the same, but don't want to jinx anything! I love our starting rotation, but if we're going to contend we're gonna need to get production from everybody in the lineup. Some of our guys are slowing down a bit I'm afraid, but that's life. I think Quentin is going to rebound this year, so I expect a lot of production from him. Pierre at the top should shake things up. But I'm worried about Konerko, Pierzynski, and Rios. Those 3 are key to success, I'd also like to see a step up in the defensive efforts this year too.

I think they have one of the most under rated teams in baseball. I find it funny that people think 28 year old Peavy isn't going to be dominant.

Oh I know he'll be a nice surprise, our rotation is really under rated. I personally think it's one of the best in MLB.

Sure is it's just guys like Danks and Floyd and Buerhle just aren't big names to people and ESPN doesn't obsess them. However they are all very high-quality pitchers.

Baseball is more then a 1 man game, come back to me when u know your stuff.

What is your lineup? You lost your top HR hitter from last year. I know my stuff and I know more than you, why are the Mariners going to be good, because of Figgins?

The Mariners improved no doubt about it, but they don't look like a World Series contender to me, basically for the reasons Fish mentioned. It seems like a lot of Mariners fans think that since they improved, they are now better than the elite AL teams. I just don't see it. I actually have them finishing 3rd in that division.

How would the Met's win the wildcard? They are they 4th best team in the NL East lmao.

And how aren't soccer and tennis sports? They take more skill then baseball.

You're right, there's absolutely no way a team can do better than what Sports Illustrated says. What SI says, goes, right?

Haha...they picked the Mets to win the World Series last year.

But really, the Mets do not look very good on paper, but games are not played on paper. I certainly hope they suck again but nothing would surprise me.

The Mets could have won the world series last year had they been healthy.

Team looks solid on paper, few holes but every team has holes, again it's all about staying healthy.

Teams in the same division can't play each other in the first round.
