xx. Posted July 8, 2009 Report Share Posted July 8, 2009 The Mavericks have signed guard Quinton Ross to an undisclosed contract. Ross, a Dallas native, has spent the last five years with the Clippers and Grizzlies. Dallas president of basketball operations Donnie Nelson said the guard's athleticism, defensive versatility and experience add depth to the team's backcourt. This guy is a defensive specialist, I'm seeing thats the reason why they signed him. They already have James Singleton, so we'll see how they use him.
