CaliCurbStomppa
Wow. I think he will be excellent head coach for their program. Good move by the Butler school and they have a lot faith in Stevens

The Regime
Butler coach Brad Stevens, who led the Bulldogs to the NCAA tournament final, has agreed to a contract extension through the 2021-22 season, the school announced. "[My wife] Tracy and I are thrilled and very thankful for the opportunity to continue to play a role for Butler University," Stevens said in a statement. "We are already looking forward to the 2010-11 season." That means Stevens, 33, is out of the running for current head coach openings. And Butler gets a chance to make another championship run with him at the helm next season. http://sports.espn.go.com/ncb/news/story?id=5068230
La Bomba
Awesome news. Good to know that two mid major coaches, Stevens and Jacobson, who were going to get offers from bigger programs decided to sign a long extensions in their current schools. College sports needs more coaches like this and less like Lane Kiffin's and John Calipari's.
