Warren2ThaG
They have a very good hitting lineup, only question is their starting pitching. Can they be something special this year?
Phightins
Not this year, but I predict they will be contending for the NL Central in 2-3 seasons.
CaliCurbStomppa
they're looking nice so far. Been years since we made the postseason lol
Cobb
Doubt it. It is still very early in the season so anything can happen.
bigdog17k
Don't think so, baseball is too long.
Cleveland's Finest
They'll end up having a terrible record again. I like McCutchen but still, it's a tough division with the Cardinals and the fact that there's six teams. Seems too unlikely. Pirates are cellar dwellers. fish7718
Can they? Sure anything is possible. Will they? I highly doubt it not with Maholm and Duke decent 3's solid 4's at best heading that rotation.
Flash
Not a chance.
Phightins
Bold prediction: In 3 years, the Pittsburgh Pirates and Cincinnati Reds will be the top two teams in that division (okay maybe that's a stretch because I don't see the Cardinals fading to obscurity that fast). But really, I like what Neal Huntington is doing. He inherited arguably the biggest mess in pro sports, so it is going to take a while for that project to become complete. But I see them making some very positive steps. In a couple years, this will be a good team.
