The Regime
Cavaliers center Shaquille O'Neal has lost around 20 pounds during his absence. O'Neal has been sidelined for more than a month with a thumb injury and some speculated that the time off might be a determent to the veteran's conditioning. However, Brian Windhorst of the Cleveland Plain Dealer writes that O'Neal dropped weight by "running and cutting out cheeseburgers during his absence." O'Neal could play in Cleveland's season finale. "I think he's ready to go; he said he's healthy," LeBron James said. "He's in shape, but it is totally different from being out on the court and that type of shape." http://realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/65950/20100413/shaq_has_lost_20_pounds_since_injury/ No lie but I thought he looked slimmer a couple nights ago during Clevelands game.
