Flight Posted July 9, 2009 Author Report Share Posted July 9, 2009 From the week or 2 I actually was on a team lol, there were competitions, like a recruiting one (don't know what the winner would have gotten), and then also weekly team debates, etc. They'd be hot topics, and you'd have to build your team around guys that argued in certain styles, so you might want to go with a bunch of guys that were similar to you to make sure you didn't contradict yourselves, but you also might want diversity to make sure you had your bases covered.   It's harder than it sounds to get teams that all argue similarly, but each team had 6-8 guys I think, so it was small enough you could keep it fairly consistent. It's harder to explain without really having an example, or knowing a whole lot about it since I missed the majority of the team life span.
