nutrition wise, its not really that bad compared to other fast food meals lol.

Double Down

has 540 calories which is not that bad, 32 grams of fat which is a lot, 10 grams of saturated fat which is still below your daily requirement, 145mg cholesterol which is a lot for one meal but still below your daily requirement, 1380miligrams of sodium which is a lot, but still comparable to any canned soups you most likely eat, and only 3 grams of carbs. + side it has 53 grams of protein which is good. Once in a while this sandwich wont kill you, and can probably eat it several times per week if you balance out your diet for the rest of the day and exercise. High sodium effects everyone differently, so its up to you.

And just for the hell of it, Heres the nutrition value of the chipotle burrito i get, 13 inch tortilla, rice, carnita, hot sauce, and cheese. Comes at 30 grams of fat, 11 grams of saturated fat, 100mg cholesterol, 2100milligrams of sodium, 76 grams of carbs, and 46 grams of protein.

The results of our calculations (and these are only guess-timates) show this one menu item can be estimated to supply more than the daily recommended allowance in fat (124%), saturated fat (117%), cholesterol (105%), sodium (125%) and protein (194%), as well as 61% of your daily recommended calorie intake.

It's not a terrible thing if you're a teen who still has a crazy metabolism who has nothing to worry about.

Just went out to try one, it sucks. Way too salty, not good tasting, its just kinda like blah your eating food, just food thats really bad for you. might as well eat a bowl of oatmeal as this gave me no happy feeling. I couldn't even get myself to finish it, so bad.
